I also cannot understand how stupid Ovi can be. Arjun is obviously hung up on his baby (I had commented in my last post of a week ago, voicing my dismay at the insinuations that Ovi's baby was not Arjun's at all, and I am surprised that even now doubts are being voiced about this) and if she wanted him to love her eventually, the obvious way for her would have been to play up the baby for all it was worth and thus keep him dancing attendance on it and her. I would have thought that tactic would have been clear to the dumbest female, for all women, even the least intelligent, have some native shrewdness in such matters. (I also found it interesting that it is Savita who is able to talk her around and get her to keep the baby, not Archana, who seems ready to go along with her getting rid of it. It is of a piece with Archana not keeping track of her expectant daughter).

But no, Ovi must carry on like Elizabeth Taylor in Who is afraid of Virginia Woolf. I think the CVs want to bump her off pretty soon, whence this build up of her not caring a hoot about her baby, so as to make her disappearance and the Arjun-Purvi reunion palatable to even the conservative part of the viewership.

Anyhow, I watched part of the Zee Rishtey Awards, and I thought that while Archana looked good and danced well, Ovi and Vishnu were excellent. She was quite a surprise in Chikni chameli; she seems to be far trimmer than she generally looks onscreen, and she danced with verve and rhythm..

I agree completely with he could have called teju and told her to come and stay with Ovi while he was away ...Teju and him were friends and Tej uis very mature ...that is if he wanted to hide from Manav and Archana and DK, he still should have told Teju and not left Ovi alone ...

Kools and Tanya dear this show backdrop was middle class/normal simple people with simple lives mainly tragetting the middle class audience.What is normal now everything is abnormal and out of context.If they are doing this for TRP's I cant imagine how they can even imagine of getting it.Majority of TRP viewership comes from the middle class audience I believe and I am just wondering how do they except all viewers to enjoy this non-sense and give them TRP's.

I think the PR CV's/Ekta need medical help more than Ovi at the moment 😕

He does try to call Ovi several times, but of course he does not get thru, as she has been taken off to the hospital, so one cannot fault him on this.

The speech was excessive in any case, as was the billing and cooing with his wife, overdone to the point of looking patently fake. My mother observed caustically that he looked very foolish. And to think that PR got the best screenplay award! I could not believe my ears.

But he does know Ovi is carrying his child and its not ok to keep her this unhappy

why couldn't he just credit DK his father in that darned speech ...what saathi is he talking of , why press such emotional triggers of his pregnant wife

@Shyamala dear I believe its confirmed from today's epi that Arjun is father of OVi's baby.Not sure where these writers who are suppose to be also from the chawls of Mumbai can come up with Such disgusting tracks which is beyond reality.
