I think that the girl in the promo, getting married to Arjun is Purvi because:
1) Purvi is wearing the earrings, nail polish and bangles same as the girl in promo.
2) Ovi doesn't have mehendi on her hands, Purvi does.
3) When comparing Purvi's forehead, to the girl that Arjun is putting sindoor on, it looks same as Purvi's. The way she wore the pearl head thing is the same way Purvi wore hers.
