I never thought I would have been creating a post, much less a "fun post". But... just to get some of the tension out of the forum. Here goes:

As we know, many soaps use BW songs for their leads romantic scenes. Whats ur fave song or songs used in any soap.

I'll start...

Sona sona from Krishna cottage used in Kasam Se.

PR's core Arman song : Saathiya ye tune kya kiya 😆

Other songs used in PR for Arman :

Saibo song (Shor in the city)

pee loon (once upon a time in mumbai)

Tum jo aaye (once upon a time in mumbai)

chori kiya re Jiya (Dabaang)

Tere mast mast do nain (Dabaang)

Thanks Nina for the last two forgot about them 😉

I guess there are few more that was done with Arman (Sushita)..😊 which I dont remember...

After all PR has always been about film n songs promotions as well 😆

My favorite song was Pee Loon from Once Upon a Time in Mumbai. It was used in PR during old Arman (Sushita) times.

Also, Tere Mast Mast Do Nain and that other song Chori Ki Re Jiya (also used on Sushita) from Dabaang. I have more, but these are just three of my favorites.

My fav. Songs on Orignal Arman aka Sushita are

Peen Loon
Tum Jo aaye Zindgi mein baat ban gaye
Saibo
Chori Kiya re jiya
Saathiya ye tune kya kiya

TRPS of the PR was 5+ that time.They both did a brillant job.

I liked many members choices of songs...Here is My most fav of any serial these days which was originally sung by Reshma..This song was also used in PR for Arjun-Purvi little romance..I Still cant find out who the male singer is..But simply love it..😃

I have only followed a few soaps so far...the ones I really liked are:

dil kyun yeh mera shor kare - Ofcourse, ARVI 😊

bebasi dard ka aalam - bharat and Aditi in Banoo Main Teri Dulhan

Oh yes, the Song Varsha just mentioned I liked it on ARVI, but somehow it doesnt suit the pair in rab se sona ishq...
It is just not my bias showing...😊..but i really dont think it suits them..the actors dont seem mature enough for this..and the guy is kind of so ...not so impressionable for me...

what was that song after the engagement fiasco (I mean Ovi's) on Purvi, that suited her very well too.. she was in that red saree crying..

Most of my recent fav Hindi songs are from PR esp. ARVI

(good thing is .. we do not have to search thru entire new albums to find good song..PR picks the nice ones..)

Ofcourse Chori Chori (Rab se sona isshq) sung by Meesha
When Purvi tore up Arjun's picture and fixed and kissed (dont remember the bg song)

Jyothi,

The one with Purvi in the red sari was "Rabba" From the movie Mr aur Mrs. Khanna with salman khan and Kareena.

Vigri (sorry, dont know ur real name hun :) ).,

The one when she torn up his pic and kissed it was "Daarmiya" by Shreya Golshal from the movie Jodi Breakers.

So far great song choices by everyone and by the soaps.

Pee loon was also shown on this couple that came in that soap that last only a few months... its not coming right now... but something about a daughter and father where the son was evil and tried to marry off his sister for some political deal.
