From the precap that Shruti posted and the WU, have not watched it at all, so just going by the written word- it must be OVI they got (as Ashu said in that thread that the girl ran away from precap) and then she somehow manages to escape- and therefore the convo that -what if she talks in front of her Dad- which will eventually lead to Purvi kidnapping as she was also (as JD suggested first) touching Manav Baba's feet and calling him Baba! So there's more to the plot than just the original kidnapping...that is my 2 cents...

i think purvi got kidnapped...coz da girl who got kidnapped ws heighted...and also when goons wer kidnapping her they showd arjun in da background...and i remembered purvi's dialogue "agar muje koi tumhare samne se chin kr le jaye to"...so m sure purvi's kidnapped...m really anxious to kno wht arjun wil do after he knows dat love of his life is kidnapped for sone stupid ransom...cnt wait till monday..!!!
