ohhh so it was Archana who actually brought Ashna and DK into Manav's life??? Dont know how DK still trusts Manav...

I am a little perplexed why it is so bad in everyone's mind for Arjun to be a mechanic. Just because he's educated doesn't mean he can't do regular work. I haven't seen the epi yet but i expect him to convey the picture of a hard and honest worker... Frankly, the idea of people with MBA's or whatever he has...educated and degreed...taking jobs like mechanics and taxi drivers, and even cleaning toilets...is not a bit far fetched, especially when you emigrate to another county. He's Canadian with Candian credentials, and he's now in India. Happens a lot in the real world.

My country is filled with doctors, lawyers, engineers, and other educated and degreed people doing exactly these kinds of jobs while they re-oriente themselves to different norms and requirements, sometimes needing different credentials than in the "old country".. Business experts dont always face such a steep hill but similar.

My question of reality is ...is it legal in India for non citizens to get jobs and work...? he must have a "work visa" ...😆

On the other side of the coin, Ekta has always had a penchant for showing the rich as not nice and the poor as the honest folk. Nearly every rich person in this show has ended up being callous and selfish including Manav when he became successful and wealthy. Teju, DK & Aashna and their son Arjun are the only exceptions. (maybe Satish but he was so weak in the end)...So i guess Ekta, for her own bias, will redeem Arjun from the curse of being rich by taking him through the ropes and up from the ground level. While i don't agree with this bias, I don't have a problem with this for the story. She's the author, and this is the thread of the book. There are other things i get frustrated with but this isn't one of them for me.

no, Manav had an accident and Ashna saved him by taking him to the hospital ..He stayed at her place till he was Ok ...then DK offered him a job ..

DK and Ashna have been really good to Manav . He was really struggling before he met them ...

thanks for the update Tanya. and you are soo right about how boring htey are making. either expose savita or someone shut her up. i was hopeful last 2 times when Teju shut her up.

but i think the CVs are not done yet. Savita is going to brainwash teju again and i am afraid that when teju hears about arjun and purvi and that archana is the reason behind it, she will believe savita's words that archana went behind their backs and she is helping them. if that happens, its all downhill from here..

i was really hoping that Teju tells archana that Arjun never loved ovi and tells her the whole story that purvi is his first love.

^^^ I too think it was a different name. But then CVs do keep changing the names. Don't you remember Satish's surname was something else in the beginning and one fine day he was turned into Joshi or something.

Just proves how lunatic these CVs are. *Ahhh...the bliss that I get from cursing them*

Urgh I hate what they are doing to the show...ArVi have to go through a mock drill of what ArMan faced. Unfortunately its not heart touching since its all concocted.

You are right Naava - that is the harsh reality of life and it happens everyday but in my humble opinion, it's not the right fit for Arjun.

Personally, I have nothing against the type of job that Arjun does it's just tapping something that has already been done. Arjun is not Manav and as much as they try to recapture that aspect of ARMAN I don't think it will work.

I would have preferred a different, fresher approach to this track to breathe some life into PR but it seems as though they want to wrap up the show more that make new waves.

Either way, I'm happy Arjun got a job so quickly and he's close to home. Makes it easy for Purvi to bring him hot lunch every day. 😆

I think something different. I believe that Teju already knows enough to know something isn't right. I think she is going to ask Sulo and Manav also what happened 18 years ago...maybe even Archana. And then of course she will know for certain something is very wrong...I even think she might bring Manav and Archu together in the room and ask them point blank how come their stories are so different.

a girl can dream can't she? 😆
