Loved Manav and Archana as parents today .they have tough challenges ahead of them , spevcially Archana as she is also Purvi's mother .

I don't blame her at all for thinking that Arjun is a cheat because everythingpoints in this direction ..Arjun has clearly cheated Ovi ...and he has not even told anyone why he stayed engaged to Ovi for so long ...

What is then Ovi's parents suppsoed to feel...Arjun will be damn lucky that he wil lget a chance by Archana and hopefully he wil lwin her trust ...

DK...What on earth is wrong with this fellow ..I can understand him being happy for his son but should he not at least once ask manav how Ovi is doing.He lead Ovi on ...bahu what not he said to her , he told her that my son is in love ...he left for Australia without thinking about Ovi and now Ovi just does not mean anything to him ...I am losing respect for DK now .He shoudl have shown some concern for Ovi ..

Purvi ..She did the right thing by resigning ..Now she should just stray quiet and let Archana put her terms on the table ...if lover boy is really serious then he has to work hard to prove it ...

Archana ..I would have loved to give her Star Of The Day today bu tthat little speech she gave about Purvi being foolish i nlove is going to make her lose the crown ..

I reall yliked her as a mother today bu tas a daughter she is useless...everything she said about Arjun should have been said for Manav and all that she said for Purvi (about Purvi being foolish in love ) should be said about her ..

Still , well done to Archana for being a good mother to Ovi and Purvi ...

I felt very very bad for him ...He was great asOvi's concerned dad.He was absolutely right in trying to send her back and I loved it that he dissolved his partnership with DK ...Arjun so far has not given any explanatiosn as to why he stayed engaged and looking happy and all that ( paper dancing ) and suddenly he is now in love with her sister ...

Manav's anger is justified towards Arjun ...

I agree with you.

Ovi has to be told by both Savita and Manav that hers was "urequited" love... you know what I am saying... she has to be told that it will be a lifelong mess to be in such a relation. I loved teju, that she told Ovi straight that you are jus mad and I am not helping you in your madness.

Archana- I am angry at her for testing Arjun so much...but she is right too... the guy was not at all good with Ovi and Purvi... He needs to go through some pain and testing :-)

I feel both DK and Arjun owe an apology to Ovi... they probably intend to do that when " sahi samay" comes 😡... both Son and Father are always waiting for the ": sahi mauka, sahi samay

Archana is wrong and right ..She is wrong in saying that Arjun is a no body ...I think Arjun is a very successful businessman and should be respected for that .

She is also wrong that she thinks that Manav is such a great lover and she is sensible because she is not ( when it comes to Manav ) .

But she is absolutely right in trying to keep Purvi away from Arjun.So far Arjun has done nothing to show Archana wh y he stayed engaged to Ovi for so long .The whole forum hated him for doing so and then how can all that be forgotten in one day ..He has not told anyone anything ...

I don't blame Archana at all for thinking bad about him..And I am so happy that Archana is being firm with Purvi ...Purvi is her girl and if a mother sees her daughter getting involved with a wrong guy then this is exactl y what she wil l do ...

The whole world can say what they want about Archana being not the real mother ...but no one knows this more than Purvi that only a real and a loving mother would do what Archana is doing right now

So Purvi better stay quiet and let Arjun prove his love to Purvi's family ..he has made too many mistakes , he has to correct them ..

At first i thought i would have to duck all the rotten eggs thrown my way, but i see a few others voicing opinions same as mine. whew!!

Look, i think almost everyone did the right thing in this show..with a couple of exceptions which i will mention.

Archana. Why is what she doing considered so wrong? She is furious with Arjun because he strung two girls along at the same time and broke the heart of one daughter, now maybe the 2nd one too.. He really did do that. Maybe he didn't mean to hurt anyone, but in fact he hurt everyone. I would do exactly the same thing...except for one thing. I would never ask my child to choose between me and another person/situation. Even if i believed them wrong i would never ever cut the ties or force such a decision. I have known people who did do this. I always was horrified. However, her anger at Arjun is justified and she believes him to be a cheater at this point, so she should in fact try to protect her daughter. She's seen one crushed, she doesn't want it to happen to Purvi also. Her promise to Savita, for once, had nothing to do with submitting to Savita. Archana really believes that Arjun is not good for either girl. And she is still angry at Purvi for hiding all this. She said, if they had come to me before i would have helped them, but now it's too late.

As far as her words about Arjun and his money and background, i think most people are misunderstanding where she is coming from. What i said elsewhere is this: , I think Archu is feeling that Arjun did what he did (strung along two girls and broke their hearts) because as a rich successful businessman he felt that he could just do whatever he wanted. You have to admit, Manav and Arjun breezed into town and pretty much did whatever they wanted not really caring about anyone else. Arjun was very cocky and self assured when he came in...even said things like, i'm the boss here, i will do whatever i want. Of course bosses can, but his attitude was arrogant. I sort of don't blame her. She doesn't have the experience of the soft side of Arjun like Purvi does. And when Manav came into town, Sachin came into town, both ordering her around, abusing her verbally etc etc. she had to have thought ...what is the difference between the old Manav and Sachin, and the new Manav and Sachin? Money and business success. So i think she's thinking that Arjun just took advantage of the girls because of his power. And...you know what? In part she's right. (eggs coming my way !!! )

As to Arjun's business success, really, Purvi showed much more business acumen than Arjun did. 😆

Manav: Why is what he did wrong? My god, this young man, no matter how sweet his soul, really did hurt so many people. Every time Manav looks at him he will see his daughters face, her broken heart, her grief. Not because he didn't marry her. Because he led her on. Because he stood publicly twice, accepting her to be engaged as a future wife. My goodness. Manav is being an excellent father here. I wouldn't / couldn't continue to work there. Even with DK it would be difficult. DK also betrayed Manav and Ovi. What i did think was wrong was that Manav didn't just say he would go. He shouldn't have forced DK to decide between them. DK's and Manav's friendship is very strong though and i think it will survive.

Look, I like DK alot... but in a way, some of what he did, also stems from a business only mentality. It happens. Ask Aashna...or remember anyway her lonliness sometimes when decisions were made from a "business" point of view.

Ovi (Shruti's acting btw, is superb) Her whole life has been focused on Arjun. Right or wrong, she is going to be crazy. I would too if i loved someone like she loved Arjun. She's acting perfectly normally for what she is feeling and experiencing. I truly believe that Archana will be the one to gently bring her back to life.

Probably, (i thought this a long long time ago) both Manav and Arjun (and thus ARMAN and ARVI) will become poor again. And they will live happily ever after.😆 Not because i believe that's true to life, (cause i definitely dont) but the writers and EKTA have always had strange ideas about the rich and the poor. And while they don't say it outright, they weave subtle ideas into this story about rich characters and poor ones.

Ok i'm done for now...sorrry guys to be on a different track...but it's where i am... I'm not a fan of anyone...not an Arachana or a Manav fan. or a Purvi or Arjun fan...but i am trying to get inside the character's head to see what they are feeling thinking, and i think all the above were doing the right thing today. 😃

P.S. edit: After i posted this, i read what recent ones were posted, and i see now that several more are expressing the same thoughts. yaay maybe no eggs after all. 🤣

Tanya i loved your post. I agree with all of it. The part of about DK is so true. Neither he nor Arjun either for that matter, have given 2nd thoughts to Ovi's destroyed life and broken heart. What's that all about? very bad. Is it power and money after all? I don't really think so. but..at this point, it kind of looks that way doesn't it? I don't like it.

I told you , I wanted both Arjun and DK to go down on their knees to ask for Purvi's hand in marriage ...what do these guys think .They really took these two girls ( ovi and Purvi ) for granted ..

I am sure after this test , Arjun will never ever take Purvi for granted ...not as long asArchana is alive ...

me too Tanya (happy with Manav and Archu) They have been great parents, both of them. And yes, i agree, Arjun and DK need to do just that. They both for sure took Ovi and Purvi for granted...and for that matter, took Manav and Archana for granted as well. I hope this is a wake-up call for Arjun. They still are too blase about the whole thing in my opinion. They think that the next day everyone should just forget all that happened ?

Pranati i agree. Both DK and Arjun have to think about Ovi and apologize to her...big time.. i don't know what sahi samay means...but i can guess it means "the right time" or "the right moment" ?

I love the character of Teju...she's direct and has a soft heart which is turning towards her aai...😊

Naava and Tanya! loved your posts...

Thats what gets me confused on one hand Arjun falls for a ordinary middle class girl... and on the other hand give you the impression that the power of money they can show insenstive attitude.. ? Callousness?

I am thinking that is where Archana was ticked off - she wants to make sure that the power of money does not make Arjun insensitive towards pyaar ... whenever he wants he can have Purvi or reject Ovi ...

Actually right now Archana just does not trusts Arjun ..Don't blame her at all..Arjun did take both her daughters for granted ...actually more Purvi than Ovi ( because he was keepign quiet for ovi's good ) ...but from a responsible mother's point of view ...how can she just give her little girl to this guy after what he did ...

did we not see how she protected Purvi from Vinay ..Purvi's future is very important to Archana ...she will never let Arjun take purvi for granted like this ..

Arjun will just have to prove his credibility to Purvi's mother .
