I am so impressed by today's episode but only for one reason.

Ankita Lokhande.

Her acting, am not her fan and yes, i have been labelled a hater as well but lets not digress.

The scenes at the K house. All of the scenes, i actually felt as if am there.. not in her shoes but witnessing the trauma a mother is feeling. Beautiful.

just happened to read a few posts with people praising ankita's acting ..

i wish she gets best actress award in at least one major non-zee award show before PR ends.. and without sharing it with anyone .. she deserves it yaar 😔

It has eluded her so far...

EDIT : Also wish she comes in another show ... sorry .. I know she is brilliant in PR n' all ... but i just cant get myself to sit thru an entire half an hour of that show ...
but i miss watching her act...

there was an award some years back for thebest scene..
sweta tiwari beatin prem or the scene with tulsi

dont remember.. just that it was intense..

after those few scenes.. i can comfortablycompare today's scenes with that degree.
glad for ankita.. she has actually outgrown .. she really needs to quit PR for her own sake.
the story is making people hate her and the rest.

i feel thats what made it intense to a degree considering the trust shattered and then she herself as a mother.. stuck between her own guilt or whatever that was.

am not gonna analyse that.

the breakdown of a mother.. thats what i saw. :(

Rich, it was amazing acting on Ankita's part...she drew everyone into Archana's pain, and Ankita deserves the best for her future in acting. Superlative. !!

I think the best part was when she was in her mother's arms , in the end ...she looked exhausted and so lifeless ...as if she was just tired and numb ...

Nirvan, you are right, Ankita did a fabulous job today of portraying a broken hearted mother. She was at her best.

REALLY? I guess, its a matter of perception and ones point of view.
What I witnessed was a frustrated woman physically abusing her adult daughter.
I think the trauma was PURVI'S-her mother went on a slap-fest & didn't WANT to let her speak.
Slapping does NOT make for good mothering.
Slapping & shrieking does NOT=good acting.
