Guys I tested myself today and watch without sub titles, using online vidoe, and I could still Tell Purvi was being bitchy and unprofessional as usual. Also, that Manav was counting down to his living death, and that there is some strength and at the same time, pain that lies within Sachu.

quite forgetting that it was his PERSONAL MONEY and that he was NOT obliged to live in a state of life that he was NOT born into as he was blessed by God's grace with money that HIS father had worked HARD to earn .And will someone please give a BLASTING to upstart Purvi and tell her understand her LIMITS and not preach to people HOW to spend THEIR money ? She is neither Arjun's WIFE nor is it ANY of her business to tell him what he should do with HIS money
Excellent Point Kools. What does the girl think of herself? Who gives her the right to judge Arjun, and tell him how he should spend his money? You see our disgust with this girl, is not unfair. You are so right Kools, Arjun is not obligated to live any other way but how he is used to. His father worked hard to earn his money, for his family and no one should be dictating how Arjun should be spending it. Once again, this arrogant child's behaviour is being glorified. How is this formula for a love match? How is this behaviour even attractive?
Does Purvi know that Saint Archana has bought the Karanjkar House for DOUBLE the Price just bcoz she placed a PRICELESS VALUE on her mom the DEAR SAINT SULOCHANA ?
Excellent Point Kools. That is another million dollar question. I am sure Purvi will rationalize that it is okay with what Archana did.
Its PURVI who is arrogant , NOT Arjun . Its PURVI who needs to be taught a lesson , not him . He is okay . I sincerely hope Sachu marries her not bcoz he gives HER importance but bcoz he gives his SISTER OVI importance and wants to get her out of OVI's way . And I do hope Sachu gives the K trio HELL .
Excellent Point Kools. I totally agree that Purvi is the arrogant one, and Arjun is just a another victim. If they have to marry her to someone , I guess Sachu is best because he is the least emotional and I don't seem him taking any talk from her. Anything so that Ovi does not get hurt. I want Sachu to give the K trio Hell also. I want Archu, Sulo and Purvi to witness how a real and strong man behaves.

Excellent Point Kools. I used to bash Archana about this behaviour in the past a lot. She was always calling Manav at the office with her Maayka problems. She could never wait until he got home, it was so annoying. I am amazed DK did not fire Manav, it is a good thing he was a good worker. I am not bashing her though I promised I would not say anything bad till she and Manav have mature conversation.😆
Guys I found the drinking at the water tap scene very beautiful although the dialogues were OTT . This same scene , if done without a single dialogue wud have been REMARKABLE .
Great Point Kools. I must say I enjoyed the tap water scene too, beautiful idea, but I found it unrealistic. I didn't think it was safe to just drink water from a tap without knowing its contents and not boiling it first. I Especially, a person's system can go crazy after drinking new water that they are not used to. In Manav and Sachin's case, they have not had the water in 18yrs, they could still get sick.
The Grace of Saint Archana of course . She put a spoke in the wheel of progress by doin that case and prevented a new construction from standing there , in which the chawl people wud perhaps be drinking water from taps within their FLATS that DK built for them , plus enjoying interest of the extra money lying in the bank . Thanks to Archana , The chawl people r still fighting for BASICS like water at a common tap .}
Excellent Point Kools. 18yrs later, and the chawl people are still fighting for water from a common tap. while Archana is living in the 70 lakhs house with inside pipes, if my memory serves me correctly. Saint Archana in her self-righteous quest to prove that moving forward is the wrong way, has deprived the chawl people of a better life, yet her life is better. She will get back Manav and her family and live in a comfortable home with all the basic amenities and more, if she does not destroy that too. I am not bashing her though I promised I would not say anything bad till she and Manav have mature conversation.😆

Great Point Kools. The blank cheque was OTT, but it was touching and shows what a loving guy Arjun really is and should not be with this loud mouth, arrogant old hag Purvi.
Of course one can look at it in a DIFFERENT WAY . Purvi , Archana's pet protege gets DK as Sasur while poor Teju gets DHARMESH ? Hmmm.
Great Point Kools. I am seeing what you are saying and it is a sad sight. The worse part, is that I know with the Cvs it is not far fetched. Teju deserves to be married into a good family, because her father is a good man and husband, why should his daughter get any less.
SHould one be drinking tap water from the chawl??? Being a NRI who has not stepped into this country for 18 yrs...Neither one of them took any required-recommended Immunization-meds b4 leaving Canada...NRI or even local person should one be drinking tap water off the street??? With all kinds of Dengue and Maleria going around in India...Many places water and sewer lines were by some reason mixed up...Is he not worried abt picking up some bug???
Excellent Point Varsha. This is the same thing I was wondering to myself, if it was a good idea for them to drink the water after being away for 18yrs. Thanks for adding the part about the possible diseases they could get from the tap water. These are the things I am talking about when I saw the Cvs don't act like they know much about India. They just put pen to paper without thought.
India and Archana has made Manav weak..He is going back to his ULM self..She was going on and on like a teenager abt her BF.. WHere is the maturity of a middle aged woman? She thinks everything is ok and back to normal...Shove all problems under the rug...Just b/c Mannu called he wants to be with her estrogen oozing self...
Excellent Point Varsha. Weak Manav has gone back to India and Archana to become weaker. Yes her behaviour is so much like a teenager. Only a teenager would be behaving like that, oblivious of the seriousness of the reasons for their 18yr separation. Only a teenager would be idealistic enough to believe that Manav wanted her back after all she had done, and not want any sincere repenting. Maybe those estrogens oozing out of her are stronger that we thought.😆

Excellent Point Umi Beta. Sachin out of all children should be more angered and emotionally ruined. He grew up thinking Archana was his real Mother and she showed him love, then Savita tried to confuse him, it backfired, then Archana let him go without fight. She could have argued with Manav, that yes she did unforgivable with Soham, but she did raise Sachin with love and nothing happened to him, so she deserves to still be in his life. This is why Sachin says he does not want to get married etc, because it had serious psychological effect on him.

Sachu liked his demenour- calm, composed n most importantly practical...gave enough importance n respect to his roots, but didn't went ga ga over it...glad he is not of those overtly emotional types like Oh I did this here I did that there, when I was in my half pants...it looked real... stuff seriously lacking from the show
Excellent Point Hbk. I must say you have summed up Sachu perfectly. While, he was sufficiently respectful of his roots, he was contained and behaved maturely and realistically, and this type of behaviour is definitely lacking from the rest of the show.

Savita n Damodar behaved like a couple after centuries... really thought I was hallucinating...Damodar without Archana's archana...tough thing to digest and Iam not joking

.it was a DESHMUKH moment . All 3 of them ...Manav , him , Savita . That home . Archana could have been a Deshmukh but she opted to be a Karanjkar . She was Deshmukh only in name .
Great Point Kools. It was truly a well deserved Deshmukh moment, very touching. I felt so emotional too , because I felt like I was watching the last moments of their lives. The death of the Deshmukhs and the Birth of the Karanjkars.
but some how i feel sorry for ovi.i dont know i some how cant accept arjun purvi jodi i just feel so irritated when ever i see them together. i dont want arjun to leave ovi at the day of engagement and run after purvi its not fear.
Excellent Point Tayaba. I feel sorry for Ovi also, and I don't accept Arjun Purvi jodi. I also feel irritated whenever I see them together. This is what I don't like, why should Ovi get hurt for the sake of Purvi's happiness, how is that fair? Why should Ovi get hurt period, I could never wish this on anyone, I am shock when I see anyone sanctioning such a situation.
Purvi irritated today. She defied Arjun AGAIN. When Arjun made the rule that phones should be switched off, then phones should be switched off! Purvi shouldn't have questioned him, normally if she did this in reality, she would have been fired or at least been warned.
Excellent Point Bhalla Beta. If this had happened in real life, the boss would have been extremely angry and found it unprofessional. She would have been reprimanded or receive negative letter on file, especially after she was warned before. She is so unprofessional, she could have asked to be excused and taken the call outside the room. Also, you are right managers do fire workers for being insubordinate no matter what the reason.
Where was all this LOVE during the CASE ? She had not hesitated to take the decision of DESTROYING him , had she ? Her love is so CONVENIENT . That time Poor Manav had held her hand upon knowing she was pregnant and requested her to drop the case and she had said IN THIS I WON"T LISTEN . She seemed pretty much in control THEN .
👏Excellente Point!!! Kools. I know I said I would temporarily stop bashing Archana, but with your profound statement, I could not help myself. Where the HELL WAS THIS LOVE DURING THE COURT CASE? Kools Convenient love is the perfect description. She is so hot for him now, but she never felt that hotness when she was going against him and it was for 9mths!!!!She endured 9mths of court case against him and she was sooo in love. I have no words left to describe this wretched woman's behaviour.
My comments of the day:
I am impressed with Sachu so far, I only hope the Cvs won't destroy this rose coloured glasses I have on, at the same time I know no one is perfect. I really hope Sachu saves Ovi from this possible pain. It is so obvious that Arjun ...and Purvi don't match one bit. I can't see how the Cvs visioned this in the first place..geez, what a dumb idea.
As I had said previously, nice, euphoric scene at the water tap, just not practical. Well, unfortunately we live in Ekta's unreal world, where things you could never imagine happens.
Well, well Purvi at her best once again. First of all, she should have seen and be blind, when Arjun was trying to purchase the painting, because it is none of her damn business. Also, Arjun is her boss and she needs to know her place, I could never comment on any personal transaction my boss did, even if it is done in front of my face. She is rude, and her upbringing should be very questionable to anyone, if any person should find this behaviour appropriate was obviously not brought up in a proper home. How can any man fall for this?
Archana once again. showing her selective/convenient love, always at the wrong time, so how can it be genuine?
I leave it at that.
Damo and Savita, shocking scene, but I am sure I will be disappointed soon enough again.
