One guy instead of confronting me through a mail or Office Communicator is screaming on top of it why I did this because manager was here... 😡 I also said that was because he was not there and he had forgotten to update me when I was on leave last friday. He did not had an answer...

I know this is common but really hurts me and I am very very sensitive when it comes to such things... Will feel bad for each and everything... 😭 workin on it but still need a lot of improvement 😭...
