From the day Varsha pushed her badly, she isnt feeling well , Archana should tell this to doctor, else proper treatment wont take place.

unless she tells doctor bout it, how can the analysis be done properli.

Her mental stress, the push by Varsha,lack of vitamins and also to some extent her carelessness
