i think both madz and remo might have decided to save her ..
on a personal level-
madz obviously likes her ( heck , she is a sweet heart .. she likes all the girls ... ) and remo .. bcuz he knows sushant and ankita for many months now bcuz of his association with zee ... malaika is kind of neutral towards anki ... neither loves her nor dislikes her ...
