The chinks have begun to show. News is that Krushna Abhishek is not very happy with his choreographer in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4. They struggled in the Indian folk dance episode for which they performed a lavni. Apparently, his choreographer Robin had to take help from another choreographer as she is not familiar with Indian dance forms.
Says a source, "Krushna is facing a hard time with Robin since day one. She can communicate and understand only English. She is also not familiar with Bollywood forms or songs. The main problem arises when the jodi has to select a song. Other jodis have choreographers who know, how and what to select, which matches with their celeb, whereas in Krushna's case this doesn't happen. Instead it's always Krushna himself who has to select the song."
Adds the source, "They also suffered in the teen ka tadka episode. They fetched very low marks for their poor performance. Robin even has to by-heart the lyrics of the song. After this the channel had allowed him to go for another choreographer but Krushna thought it would not be fair to her. He also wanted to remain courteous with Robin, thinking of her dreams which might be affected by his decision, and thought that jo hoga dekha jayega."
This isn't the first time a celebrity has had problems with their choreographers. In the last season, Gauhar Khan too had issues with her partner Hanif Hilal which got resolved only with Hanif's replacement. And choreographer Himanshu stepped in the shoes of Hanif.
We tried to connect with Krushna, but he remained busy despite continuous efforts to reach him.
