Kools, your points are well made and taken, but at the other end of the spectrum, the 5 year leap shown in CB is so pathetic, you would not wish it on any show. I have not read the rest of the thread about what others have to say, so if I repeat views here, I apologize already. I have been watching PR very regularly now and I did not see a lot changed other than 2 new babies in the past 12 months.

Archu and Manav will play a cat and mouse game until the big milan scene. Shraavni is not married to Manav as far as I could tell from the 2 shows since the leap - she did not have a mangalsutra on, a must in a traditional Maharashtrian family and Manav had a smile on his face, another clear indication that he is happy! I could be proven wrong by the end of the week.

CB did a 5 year leap and the logic is so missing and the dumbing of characters is so prevalent, PR looks and feels like a top-rated show comparatively so there is not a whole lot of kvetching from my perspective.

You are right, Archana lookedd utterly ridiculous going for the shock value on the train in the convo with the woman and touching Mumbai ki mitti. I would like to see if Rasika has gone through finanancial ruin and begging at Dombivali station for alms and food and Ajit standing next to her, dishevelled and drunk as ever like Damodar, with Vandita pregant with the second one and holding a new born in her arms, while looking equally dishevelled, standing at the other end of Dombivali station!

K household is still the same, like the 2 daughters never married and the 3rd one's disaster will be underway soon! The 2 S's are the same as well.

Gotta wait and see the purpose of the leap and where it is heading.................!
