I think Varsha is justified in what she did, BA insulted her and her family, treated her poorly, why should she just forgive and forget? BA should've known better.

BA definitely jumped the ship. she being the elder member of the family should have been more reasonable in handling the matter. she was wrong to pick between a SIL and DIL, obviously she made a mistake and had no proof of who is wrong or right. but if you look at it from picking between a son (Satish) and daughter (Urmila) then as a mother she should be forgiven. I think she was a bit extreme in handling with Varsha and her family, but also she was extreme with Ashwin as well. so in that she can be forgiven.
This matter doesn't only involve Ashwin and Varsha it also involves Satish and Urmila. so she is justified in supporting her daughter.

Carpe I totally Agree...One thing clear no matter how much BA or Satish love Urmi she is his cousin not sister and BA's niece...Satish is BA's flash and blood...BA should have not run to Urmi trusting Ashwin...BA Should have had a talk with Satish and Her husband b4 running to Urmi or believing Ashwin...Yes BA can trust & believe Urmi but does not have to trust that Newphe in LAW Ashwin

There is a Diff between DIL and NIL 😳 IMHO..

I think she should have been calm about it. there was no need for BA to go all out on anyone. i think she should have waited for the truth to come out b4 saying anything in favor or against anyone. and not all relations have to be blood related in order for them to be strong. in this case she is wrong for the way she treated Varsha's family and Varsha is justified in what she feels and says. i give her props for speaking her mind, i'm more concern with they way she treated Satish. she could have shown more compassion, BA is his mother after all, in the mean time she could have been nice to BA and forgive her with time...this way at least Satish is happy. BA was so rude to Satish as well, and now seeing Varsha being harsh is going to leave him a little upset....
in no way i'm favoring BA, but Satish is a sweetheart 😆

I agree with the Original Post.... when Bhavna Taai,in spite of being elder n a Mother-in-law asks for APOLOGY varsha should accept her apology n move on....otherwise she's just adding to the eisting tension in her Sasuraal

Please do not interpret that my problem with Vershu's attitude is that I don't want her to speak for herself.... infact, I like her character better than Archu...

But she is arrogant.. You can put forth the same point and she shouldn't forget (which I am surprised none of you commented on) that she did the same thing to Manav.... as some one in the response also said her own Aai did to Manav.... but you can't be arrogant.. She should have a huge respect for Satish as he was the one who was with her in Thick & Thin.. In fact, remember she went to Urmi's house to fight with Ashwin that he is spoiling Satish and his Aai's rishta ...and she is the one doing it...........She seemed so concerned and suddenly when truth is out.. now she is the one who is saying - I can't forgive you????

Arrogance and stubborness can never mean standing up for yourself... She has so many other ways to display self confidence...

I am sorry friends...... I don't think Vershu is dealing with the situation correctly... she can maintain her self-respect,dignity and confidence by being more mature........
