One who bashes PARTICULAR CHARACTER MOST SHOULD BE ALLOWED ONLY TO START HATE CLUB OF THAT CHARACTER. YOU CAN START ANY CONTEST ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT INFORMING MOD AND CAN HAVE FULL FREEDOM TO DISCUSS ABOUT ANYTHING EVEN ABOUT DIFFERENT PLANETS. More suggestions ?
