wow i'm amazed at how you guys can sleep on demand i wish my body and mind would do that. i go to bed at like 1 or 2 then i get up at 4. takes forever to fall back asleep. maybe at 5 i'll go back to sleep and then wake up just b4 my alarm goes off...😆

helen .. it happens to me too to wake up suddenly at 4 or 5, thn I go bck to sleep around 7 nd my alarm wakes me up at 7.15 😡 .. nd my sis loves to disturb me ! she knws vry well tht I dnt like whn ppl wake me up jst 5 minutes b4 the alarm .. yet she wakes me up to ask " di .. wht time is it?" .. aargh ..
