There is a possibility that the problems are not related to Girishji........

It could be problems with Tarun's dad......about which Tarun may not be aware.......

This track will provide the pressure needed for Manav to marry Shravani after 2 months........in order to save his garage and livelihood..........Girishji will return in time to bail him out......

One more possibility........Tarun's dad might be Rasika Tai's husband..........

More twists to a twisted tale.......

No reports......just possibilities.......

It allows for more drama.......more charachters......more desperation......more separation.......

Imagine.......Rasika Tai's long seperated husband........second wife, Tarun.......long lost brothers.......friend Manav against brother Ajit.......

One more point........

They never showed Tarun "sympathising" or "angry" with Manav on the Vandu case........He has always been shown a very vocal friend.......Arguing for Archana.......Against Shravani......

But nothing on Vandita's attempted suicide......what happened in college.........

Such a close friend would raise hell......

Again.......such are loose ends left by writers.......in order that they may twist and turn these same loose ends.......whenever they wish to increase SHOCK value and TRP's.......
