Hey peeps. I caught up with the 3 epis in one go. But cut thru Manju's mom's dialogs cause i got the gist of it from the forum.😆
what i like: Archana's mom, is a real character. She wants the best for her daughter but seems to be a bit blind in her search for the best. Like all mothers, believes she knows what is best and like an obedient daughter Archana follows where her mother leads. I wonder if in fact Archana decides not to go with her husband after learning of his lies, would it be because of her mother too?
there was a line where Archana tells her father she won't break her mother's dream. I loved that scn between the father and daughter. Though i still have to understand where Archana's father stands in relation to her. He seems a sort of stereotyped fathers who just want to get all his daughters married and be done with his tensions.
Sushant even without much to say he left the impression of a hard working guy. Donno what compells him to lie. But i wish Archana would be more understanding and forgiving and they'll be a match made in heaven.
Finally, i for once want to see a couple working through their problems instead of creating more of it for themselves.
I also like the fact that both leads are from middle class families with lots of responsibilities. This is probably a first for an Ekta show where the prince charming and princess are toiling away equally to survive.
Hope it turns out to be a show for those who don't dream of marrying a billionaire bussiness man or make millions in months and buy over their spouse's business empire.
