I honestly need this as an excuse so that people don't think I'm crazy for dancing like a maniac. 🤪🤣

The first time I watched galla goodiyaan I couldn't help but tap my foot at the beats. Such a peppy song and such a happy visual!

and Tamil weddings are so boring, no dancing at all. Just a lot of puja mantra and all that and it goes on forever. There's just one fun event called nalangu where there are games between the girl and the boy and their families taunt and tease each other,

There's lots of singing though.

Well I am taling about TamBram as in Tamil Brahmin weddings.

This is Jago ceremony in Punjabi Wedding which starts off the ceremonies. But should have been done before the Henna.

I agree! But, if the muhurtham is in the evening, then sleep is necessary! But, most of the kalayanams that I have been to were in the morning while one was in the evening, if i remember....

Gallan Goodiyan is like a must for a family dance! It's super upbeat and just makes you wanna pull in everyone and just dance the night away. The best part is that it doesn't even need properly choreographed moves. Just dance however you want and it'll work. 😆

Aaahhh man, I can't imagine weddings without some sort of naach, gaana. If it was just puja all day, I don't think I'll ever go to someone's shaadi. 😆

Haha same here! Tamil weddings does not have anything of this sort. We infact sleep the most the night before the wedding, so that we have the energy for the main day!!

Same here. TamBram wedding are the most boring ones. 😵😆
