Old Relations, New Dynamics…

There have been many posts on how so many moments happening over the last few episodes… I wanted to talk about one such amazing moment, which probably was overshadowed by so many other amazing moments…

It was more of a beautiful parallel than a moment… A moment of a family reuniting… the relationships were the same, the house was full of grandparents and friends but the dynamics were different.

Months ago when Ashok came home, he was surrounded by the grandparents, who disregarded the fact that a daughter and a wife were waiting for him too. Minnie, the very confident girl, had to text her uncle to create some alone time. The wife had to wait till night to get some ‘us’ time. Even if it meant saying a hello…

However, now the dynamics have changed. The man of the house came home, was surrounded by the family immediately but the daughter knew that for her father she came first. She didn’t need a messenger. She could easily pull her father out of the crowd and take him away - only for herself and her mother. The mother too did not have to wait till all were gone. They could at least greet one another.

Hats of to the makers for showing these parallels. To be honest I had been waiting for something like this. I am glad it was done in such a subtle manner.

Wow dear, lovely post. Absolutely loved reading the analogy you've applied here.

Never thought of this situation that way before you mentioned. But yeah you're absolutely right. In the past , that man , who the mother and daughter were waiting for, wasn't in anyways interested in reciprocating their love and affection or interested in spending his time for them.

But this man , he's not blood related, they're not tied with the marital bonds, but still he's as much as enthused to see them , give and share love to his heart's content. The way Babita was waiting, it surely reminded of that day. But how happy Hanuman made her, just with his main aagaya hoon ji😆...

To Minnie , it might have looked boring and plain. But for Hanuman and probably Babita, it had lot of inner meaning. It was like an assurance to her that I've come back to you, you don't have to suffer coz of this separation anymore...

Absolutely loved the scene and your post made it even more beautiful... ❤️

Especially considering what happened the last time someone she loved, or thought she loved, was away from her. Granted this scenario isn't as extreme as the first one, but the thought definitely would be lurking somewhere in her mind.

Brilliant observation, I didn't think about it!

Oh yes. The feelings were the same. And yet, the situation so different

Both of them were eagerly waiting and this time around, they weren't disappointed.

Completely agree with everything you said, and this is why his "main aa gaya" hit home on so many levels.

It just goes to show you that every scene has been carefully designed and sequenced on this show. Nothing's there just for the sake of it. We don't always see the deeper meaning but it resurfaces in wonderful ways later on.

Thank you, guys. I am actually hoping for more of such parallels... It would be beautiful to see a family, finally... Does not really mean them having named relationships... it could also mean the man of the house, the woman of the house and the child working and living as a unit - as a family!
