The episode begins with Pranay's father-in-law (the boss at the hospital!) telling everyone that Radha is no longer a nurse at the hospital. In fact, she's the Head Nurse. Radha's friends are elated and Sajni is shocked/angered. The boss congratulates Radha and walks away from there. Gauri and Shraddha hug Radha and congratulate her. Sajni starts taunting Radha that instead of being in jail, she has recieved a promotion. Gauri tells her to watch what she says in front of Radha. Since she's the head nurse, if she complained to the boss, Sajni could easily get fired...again!😆 Sajni angrily walks away from there.
At Mandira's house, Avi's going about ordering everyone, telling them what to do. Mandira calls him and tells him that she's invited a few more guests and he should take their names and give them to the security outside. Avi begins writing the names down and the list ends with Meghna Joshi. Avi is shocked. He asks Mandira if this 'madam' is coming alone and Mandira says yes, her husband is busy. She walks away reminding him to give the names to security. Avi is scared. He thinks back to when Megs tells him about an anniversary party they need to attend to. He thinks they can't be at the same party together.
The boss tells the matron that he doesn't anyone entering his cabin. He has some very important and confidential files there that he doesn't want anyone seeing. Sajni overhears this all.
The matron brings Radha to Sajni's cabin and tells Radha that she has to do today's presentation since she's the new head. She leaves telling Sajni to help Radha out.
Avinash is thinking to himself that no one can save him today. The best thing he can do is to finish all his work early and leave before Megs comes there for the party. He then thinks to himself that there's still a lot of work left to do and he can't think of anything but eating😆 He tells a waiter to bring him some juice so he can become energized. He then begins to frantically get about his work but he ends up messing everything up and tripping over everything.
It's 7 PM by the time all the work is done. He thinks he needs to leave before Megs gets there. Just then Mandira comes there and praises him for all his work. He thanks her and is about to leave when she stops him. She says to stay behind for the party since she can't manage on her own. And he knows that her husband is not here. Just then the doorbell rings and Avi is scared and says ' woh agayi!'😆 The waiter opens teh door and it's some other friend of Mandira's. Avi's relieved.
Sajni brings Radha to teh boss's office and tells her to use that computer. Radha says but this is the boss's office so she can use someone else's computer. Sajni says it's fine but all the information is only on Sajni's computer and the boss's computer. And Sajni's computer crashed. Radha's still hesitant. She says she wants to ask the boss before using it. Sajni says that the boss already told her that Radha has his permission to use his computer if she wants to. Radha reluctantly agrees and goes into teh office while Sajni is smirking away. Radha begins using the boss's computer and Sajni walks away closing the door behind her.
At Mandira's house, the party's going in full swing. Avi is making sure everything is going well when he spots Megs near the entrance. He's shocked and he turns around so she can only see his back. Megs enters wondering where Mandira is. She sees Avi from teh back and thinks he must be part of the staff. She calls out to him, 'bhaisaab' but Avi pretends to not hear her and begins to walk away. Just then Mandira calls out to Megs and she walks away from there. They greet each other and Mandira asks where her husband is. Megs says he got delayed in Dubai. Now he had to go to Hong Kong...
