The episode begins with Avi opening the door to find a mailman there. He brings a courier and Avi signs it and sends him away. (what was the look of surprise for then?😕)
At home, Aai tells Megs she's not going anywhere. She's already put the baby's life in danger once and Aai won't let her do the same again. Megs says she's already promised her friends that she'd come. Aai gives her the phone and tells her to call them to cancel their meeting. Megs pretends to dial some number and tells them that she can't come as she's not feeling too well. Aai walks out of the room satisfied. Megs then proceeds to line up pillows on the bed and cover them with a blanket, making it seem like she's actually sleeping. She thinks to herself that she's not Radha tai to get scared of Aai's threats. She will go, one way or another.
At the hospital, Radha is sitting alone, lost in thought. Gauri comes there and asks her what's wrong. Radha tells her about the whole incident with Ishita and how someone had snuck into her room last night, and how the medicines she had given Ishita make her dizzy. She shows Gauri those medicines and Gauri says these were the medicines that Radha took with her own hands. Radha says she's still suspicious which is why she'll have the medicines tested. Just then another friend, Shradda, comes in and gives Gauri and RAdha sweets. She tells them that her husband has found a job in Bajaj Alliance Insurance Company. She excitedly tells them that if he continues to work well, he'll even get a chance to go the US. Radha and Gauri congratulate Shraddha and she leaves. Gauri asks Radha how her boss is treating her and if he's making her do a lot of work. Radha replies that Pranay is a very nice and understanding man. He lets her make all the decisions regarding Ishita. She says he trusts Radha a lot.
At Mandira's house, Avi's sitting like the boss and tells a servant Raju to bring some kaju for him😆 He keeps giving him orders of what food he wants to eat. As the servant keeps staring at him confused, Avi says he can eat whatever he wants to eat; he's incharge of the bungalow now. The servant brings him plate after plate of food, and Avi sits there eating all that he can. The servants wonder how much more he can eat. They got tired of just bringing the food, but he doesn't even get tired of eating. Avi finally finishes all the food. He leans back on the sofa and says finally he's full. Just then Mandira comes there and sees all the plates. Seeing her, Avi stands up. He tells her everything is finished. Mandi asks if she should order anything else and Avi says he meant all the work is finished. 😆 Mandi looks at the plates and says so many plates, that means he must have done a lot of work today. Avi says he's very tired and asks her if he can leave now. She says she has a little more work for him. He needs to help her taste some snacks that she has ordered. Avi holds his stomach and says there's no more room let, and he walks away from there burping.
Megs is in a rickshaw heading towards Mandi's house and she thinks to herself that she needs to stop the rickshaw before he gets to Mandira's house. She stops the rickshaw, pays him, and gets out. Avi is walking out of the house just as Megs is heading towards it. Avi comes out and closes the gate behind them. Megs hasn't seen him but she starts feeling dizzy on the road. Avi turns around and sees Megs on the road, holding her head in pain. She falls to the ground and Avi rushes there. He keeps repeating her name but she's unconscious by then. A man stops to help him. Avi calls for an auto. He carries Megs and places her in the auto and they head towards the hospital.
In the hospital, Megs is being wheeled inside and Avi asks the doctor if she'll be fine. She doesn't answer but just tells him to stay there. Just then Radha comes there and asks him what happened to Megs. He tells her that as he was returning from work, he saw Megs fall to the ground and she went unconscious. RAdha tells him not to worry. But Avi is very worried and he says what will happen to him if anything happened to Megs. She tells him to inform Aai about what happened. Aai, Yash, and Ankita come to see MEgs and Aai asks Avi what happened. He says he found Megs unconscious on the road. Aai is shocked. She says MEgs was at home. Aai had forbid her to go out and Megs had even called her friends telling them that she won't come. Avi tries to stop two doctors to ask them but they walk away. Just then Radha comes looking disheartened. Aai asks her if everything is fine. Radha replies that Megs is fine and everyone is happy to hear that. Avi asks her if they can meet megs now. Radha nods and Avi, Aai, Yash, and Ankita go inside. As they reach half way towards Megs room, RAdha calls out Avi's name and tells him to stop. He asks her what happened and she says there's some bad news. The doctors tried very hard but they couldn't save the child. Everyone is shocked.
So Megs' stupidity caused her to have a miscarriage
