August 7th Written Update

Shlok plays the tape recorder in front of the whole family with Swap?s whole confession on it; ending with him saying that he doesn?t regret anything. The whole family is stunned to hear this. Shivaji says that he is a devil and not a human. Pammi slaps him and yells at him for betraying his brothers love and curses him as she breaks down crying. Urvashi apologises to everyone for putting up a farce in front of the family as she had no other choice.

She turns to Swap and tells him that his place is in the jail. Swap glares at her as she rings the police and informs them.

Break.

Swap looks at his handcuffed hands and smiles at Urvashi as he says ?Dokha? [betrayel]. The police lead him away. Aaje approaches Urvashi and thanks her for siding with the truth. Urvashi starts to leave but the family stop her and say that their relationship has broken with Swap not her; and insist that she stay in the house. Urvashi says that she has one condition. She makes Pammi promise that she will live like she used to ? bubbly and happy. Pammi weeps but says that she will try.

Shivaji asks Radha to set Urvashi up in the guest house. But Radha says that Urvi is Swap?s wife and so should stay in his room. Pammi apologises to Radha and they hug.

Swap?s room?

Radha is packing her things to move out. Shlok stands in the doorway watching her. He then takes her hand and says that Urvi could have stayed in the Guest Room but Radha replies that she is the guest whereas Urvi is the bahu. Shlok wipes her tears and says that this house has given her a lot of tears but Radha replies that tears are written in her destiny. Shlok stops her and tells her that the time for tears are over and now no-one can separate them. They hug. [Awwww!!]
