1 - Judicial system revamp. Need to evaluate outdated laws, more police force with specialize divisions, extend hours/get ore judges for courts

2 - start evaluating road conditions of national highways. Bridges should get first priority. While at it, Vajpayee had plan of joining all major rivers, restart that.

3 - educational reform, more efforts on original research
