My training which is actually a leadership program ends today... we need to make presentations, have lunch and then break for the day

So you will get a certificate for this training ?

I am doing well with the course as of now...I have 4 classes per week and its not as hectic as i thought it would be...We have an assignment and a take home exam every alternate week

Yes, we will have a graduation ceremony and will receive certificate..

It is good that ur couse is not so hectic.. when do u plan to start applying for jobs in Bay area?

I started applying for jobs this week...Job market looks very bad right now and on top i have to look for a company which is ready to transfer my H1-B
