don't you know actual medicine or useful ointment will be with Gaurav in his safe😆 Kunal only gets cheapest stuff, just how we see same shirts over and over and over...

besides, Kunal's pain is only curable by Siddhi. I thought she may just kiss the hand and it would be fine right away. Don't ask me why show something stupid, well at least in that stupidity we may get to see Siddhi kissing Kunal😳😉
