Eshi - I think Siddhi's last resort to get Kunal listen to her will be the twins now that she knows about them.. She will try once again to confess and as usual our Kunal will still utter some nonsense. Then having no choice, she will have to present the twins to him...when she is just about the take out the rabbits from the hat like the magican, in this case present their two sons, only one will be there and Kunal will ask her to leave and stop playing games with him... I dont know as usual when Siddhi knows something first, by the time Kunal knows, something usually goes wrong if memory serves me right. Not good sign
