Before leap i think Richa asked a question that what Siddhi has and which was not in her, hope that Richa finds out the answer after the leap, that's y she is jealous of Siddhi.

Once info to Richa :

Richa, if u takes ur entire life u can't able to compare with Siddhi and not even comes near to Siddhi reg pure and selfless loving heart.

Richa - the Devil, is so jealous about siddhi's Goddess nature. As everyone is back of her and appreciating her... Richa is unable to take it..
