Siddhi and Anand has Understand kunal very well ?

Is it right to say? that kunal was understand by anand and siddle only, But family member (Except seema) and socity not understand his feeling, through and happy, What kunal done any thing wrong? He want to change but sill he not able to success. Is kunal llive in this manner. we know anand has came again in life as SON but kunal !!!
