Yes but Rani how is it Kunal's show, how is it even remotely his story if he owes everything - his life, his freedom to his wife and her sacrifice 😕 Have they not butchered his character by making him so dependent on his wife that he has to look to her for everything and after everything they have been through, if he believes Richa and divorces Sid, this will not be the Kunal we fell in love with. Very sorry to say, but Sameer Soni can do nothing to save this character now. The CVs have dug his grave and in a weeks time he will be thrown into it

@Annie , we thought we were witnessing the worst , but looks like it's yet to be revealed.If Sid signs the divorce papers and if all the people Kunal belives that she did it not out of complusion then Annie I am afraid they are not going to use the grave they have dug out , they will be chopping up Kunal Chopra into teeny weeny pieces and feeding him to the dogs!!!😡😡😡

Sorry Mr Soni but Kunal does not seem like the guy we loved anymore and the tidings TC brought yesterday reaffirms that!Hopefully your next endaveour won't be this dissapointing for you and us!!!

What I am trying to say is that I started to watch this show starting from Aug 9th 2011, not knowing the story, the female cast or anything else about the show, so why should I stop watching it only because they are separating the main leads? I more or less knew this fact since the day this show started that at some point, the leads will be separated so this doesn't affect me at all; however, what really affects me is that they have vanished Kunal Chopra in his own show. The show which was supposed to all about him has been made about someone else now a days.

For me Kunal was the essence of this show and as long he is shown dominating the story, tracks and episodes, I shall continue watching this show😊.

Same here rani di...as long as sammy is tehre...i dont mind watching any crap track in the show...will watch the shw fr my Sammy..

ive been following the show ever sicne Aug 9th 2011...without knwing who d female lead is ...n how the story will proceed...bt yaa...i wanted to watch Sammy in the show...n will continue doing dat😊

Rani, Sonia and others who declared that they will watch the show as long as Sammy is in it. I hope you realize that it is because of this attitude that the CVs have no motivation to do anything with the show but keep Sameer around as a poster boy. They know that as long as Sameer is in it people like you will keep watching so all they have to do is keep him happy and on their payroll, whether or not the story has anything to do with him. He can very well rot in jail as long as there is hope of a two minute scene once in 3 days, they are home safe

No offence intended to anyone, just stating the facts. It would be much better if we instead tried to ensure that the CVs have some motivation to change the story. I for one feel it is insulting to Kunal Chopra and to the acting talents of Sameer Soni to portray a character who once every few days occurs in his wife's dream and romances her

I am sorry I disagree. If we stop watching the show, the CVs wont change tracks. Only the show will end after a few days. I will continue watching the show as long as Samir is shown. Unfortunately the state of Indian TV is such that Samir is unlikely to get a better role than even a butchered Kunal Chopra.

I love the film roles he does but unfortunately they are few and far between. I want to see more of him and hence am willing to watch the show as long as Samir is there

And I would love it if this show ends, as that will be a lesson for the PH that the Indian audience will not take crap anymore, no matter how well packaged it is. Hopefully the death of Parichay will be the birth of something better, a show that has the guts to deliver what it promised. And hopefully then Sameer will get a better role.

Of course Sameer has the prerogative to stay on and do this role as it is perhaps better than anything else he has been offered on Indian TV recently. But precisely because of the great roles he has done so far in movies, I cannot watch an actor of his caliber reduced to this state. For the sake of all that is good in art, I would rather go watch "Anything But love" again and again, rather than see him as the spineless KC

They won't even if we do!!!😉Whether to watch or not is entirely upto personal choice so those who want to watch it for Sammy go ahead😃!You guys get Sammy the PH gets TRP's and Indian television remains in the rut it is!!!😆

Annie - I too desperately want Kunal to dominate the show all the times and have done so much efforts to demand the same from the CVs, but what I have realized that more we rant about putting Kunal Chopra in the center, more they sideline him and promote the female lead in every track. I am sure the female lead is not being promoted to bring in the TRP as her dominance is not bringing in any higher TRP, but they seem to have some kind of personal problems with Samir.

I hope their personal issues are sorted out soon and we again see Kunal Chopra dominating the show who we have always loved and adored. I am sorry, but I have given up on complaining and ranting because CVs seem to do exactly the opposite of what we demand/request them to do.

I am fed up with the show to the extend that I have stopped caring for the story and only want to see Kunal Chopra all over the episode what ever the story might be. Sorry but the leads separation doesn't effect me as even when they are together, how much of him are we seeing? We always see his wife taking the center stage even when they are together so the separation really doesn't affect me. I hope I have sounded like a frustrated viewer because that's exactly what I am right now, an extremely frutrated viewer of Parichay who has become indifferent about the story and only wants to see Kunal Chopra in full fledged role in Parichay.

@ Red - That's exactly my point Annie. How is the story better now that it will be ruined after their separation😕? Ever-since his marriage to Siddhi, his character has been shown living off of his wife's mercy and her scarifies 😡. It's not just now, but since their wedding, CVs have started his story on the wrong foot. He has always been shown done everything with the help and sacrifices of his wife in the name of him falling in love with her.

Sadly we never got to see Kunal Chopra finding even the smallest glimpse of his Parichay without his wife's help cum charity cum mercy. Now my only hope is to see him finding his parichay when his wife is not with him; when he is left on his own to support his family. I know it's my wishful thinking, but even by SiNal staying together, we will only see his wife taking the center stage time and again with small glimpses of him in every other episode.
