Diet per 6 times khate hain😉

I was suppose to go home for lunch - but the first meeting went too long and then did not have time in between so ran in to the other one. By the time second khatam hui - bhook mar gayi thi so did not buy anything.

I don't drink tea/coffee. Have restricted to one cup a day- warna office mein - 5-6 cups ho jate hain.

Am having hot choc. woh bhi adha fek doongi. Can not drink anything other than water/juice and chaas😆

Glad that you belive in smaller portion many time type of diet otherwise I have met some people who think skipping a meal or two all together is considered diet😉
