tum puri US of the A ki ho isliye 😛 6.30pm tak toh chai coffee hi pite hai yahan 😆

We don't drink tea coffee in the evening here, but my parents still drink tea around 4-5 pm😉. I tell them it's almost dinner time and you are eating heavy snack at 5? heavy meaning they will eat peanut butter jelly sandwich etc😆

PBJ only in the morning...i skip the J & add bananas 😉...good snack before workout 😆

main hum logon ki baat kar rahi thi 😛 chai ke saat samosa...chaat na khaya toh chai kya piya? 😆

Hum thoda bigde hue hain shuru se😆 we just cant sleep early, the day I have night shifts I have to yell at my hubby around 4am to sleep. he will say I am giving you company. I am like hain???😕 (we work in diff rooms)

If I drink coffee (I don't drink tea) after noon (12pm), I can't sleep at night, too much caffeine keeps me up😆

Your routine is not so different than ours😛 We too sleep at 10:30, but eat little earlier than you guys😊
