Never thought I would say this, but I really hope that they shut down this show. As yo have said earlier the show is beyond repair now and it's at a point of no return now. The damages that CVs have already done to this show, can not be repaired anymore.

I am really happy to know someone who has found/seen a MIL who is just like her mom. I have never seen or met anyone who can vouch that😊

I believe you have to be daughter first in order to make them your mother. The trouble is we don't become daughter. We remain daughter - in -law and then expect the MIL to become mother.

You can only clap with two hands.- again my 2 cents worth.

I guess my case is different than others as they didn't like me even before the wedding so I even didn't put in any efforts to come close to them. Plus, I barely get to see them so that makes it more difficult to understand each-other. I don't even feel that my in-laws are my family and I am sure they feel the same about me and I don't blame them for feeling this way about me.

Seems like you have very good relationship with your MIL.

Do you still need any explanation on this one😛. I barely have issues with anyone as long as they don't cross my path unnecessary. As long as my dignity and character is not at stake i barely speak up.

They have given birth to the most important person of your life - how can we not respect them. we fight a lot with our moms and have differences but since she is your mom we don't look at it in that way. It is the perspective that we have to change.

What you are saying is right. The problem with me is that I never get to see/meet them. I don't hate them, but don't feel very attached either. I can feel they don't like me so I don't even make any efforts to be part of their life. My attitude is aap apane ghar khush aur mai aapane ghar😛
