Hope this week we have a kunal-veena scene, where he assures his mother that nothing will happen to him,. He should tell her that he will save himself and Siddhi from the court case

I agree... I wish some one would have over heard the convo and told Kunal about the same .. but nothing of that sort happened...

maybe cvs will show us such scene when things get even more complicated and kunal will have an outburst infront of his mother that he cant live without siddhi. we have seen kunal scenes with his father related to siddhi, they should something like that with veena too
