Status of the Murder case so far

in the sinal convo today, kunal said he now has a time of one week to find proofs to prove siddhi innocent etc, and he will handle his statement in court,

but i dont understand whats the exact status of the case

kunal said he did the accident

so has siddhi been proven innocent?

who is the one being accused now in court for rohit's murder case

and if witcha tries to kill siddhi, how will she make kunal safe?, he still has confessed that he did the accident na?

I felt by the convo of Richa- sidhhi and Kunal-Takkaral, Kunal felt that Takkarals want to separate sinal, to bring the fact out Kunal has taken the blame on him, as expected Richa couldnt control herself and started using brains to stop Kunal taking the blame and this is making Kunal confident that something fishy behind the accident/murder plot, he started investigation frm this point ( my P O V) and I stick to my descission on Kunal's plan in blaming himself and I am happy for not revealing it neither to the audience nor Sidhhi, it should be surprise like his confession to Richa about his love towards Sidhhi.

@ red : as per Kunal's view it is a trap to plot Sidhii in the case, so it is a shock for Takkarals as they collected proofs against Sidhhi now they ve to start collecting evidence that sidhhi is driving the car, by collecting these evidence they may use a wrong step and that helps Kunal move towards truth.

@blue: we all know that she is pshyco and she doesnt know what she is doing so no comments more than that.
