What I liked and the contrary -June 12th

Ok it was not the best start to the court case but not the worst either.The crime buff in me can list out probably a 101 shortcomings but I shall try control those urges though I cannot make any promises😉.

Outside the courtroom:
Till now we have seen Siddhi guilty whenever in front of Thakral after Rohit's accident but yesterday she seemed defiant , what for? Was it the jalebi eating ,swinging, rain date that bought this about😉😃?So Thakral aspires to get Siddhi the maximum term possible for this case.Everyone knows about Siddhi's pregnancy , surprising Richa did not make in mention of it when she visited them😕.Maybe that is why she was huffing and puffing excessively😆!!

Bandra Session Court:
I was surprised to see the ancient judge back again, what must he be thinking? This couple has only time to fight cases against each other😆? We are with you on this and I think you should file a case against the Thakral's for this and also take Siddhi aside, pull her ear and ask her to stay put and not run around😡.

I would have preferred a more confident Siddhi approaching the witness box but then how would have Kunal given that reassuring nod😳.I liked the exchange for the emotion it was supposed to convey but I felt the nod should have been a bit less pronounced.

I liked the way Kunal pounced at the oppurtunity an absent Thakral offered👏 , perhaps the only offensive move of the day🤢.But then where were all the initial procedures, reading out the complaint, oath taking etc? Since they mentioned that 15 minutes had elapsed since the case started I am assuming they were done with already.But why the rush😕?
Thakral never fails to impress does he😃? The comic start to the much awaited Thanal scene was well recieved😆👏.They should seriously be nominated for best jodi award😉.I liked that Kunal had something to offer in answer to those pile of files Thakral's bought , a single file with facts jotted down, symbolic of this case one could say ,Thakral has a lot of proofs, evidence, witnesses on his side and what does Kunal have 'truth'👏.Just like it was not clear who won that argument we are not not yet sure who will win the case😕!!

Like Ramya correctly mentioned, the forensic report did seem like a high school effort, there is no way a blood splatter could have been retrieved from the tyres ,maybe an image of the blood splatter that showed up under black light.Then again that image could not have been used to determine if it matched with Rohits blood group so for that they would have had to do a thorough sweep of the car to find a hidden drop😲.The fact that this was so easily established itself suggest foul play.Wonder why Kunal did not catch up on that😕.

All they had to show was that the tyre pattern of the car Siddhi was driving matched with the tyre imprints retrieved from Rohi's body.And then Kunal should have questioned whether the imprints were retrieved from the clothes if so could they have not been implanted later?

Next was the CCTV footage, I am surprised the judge did not dismiss it and why did not Kunal not ask for it to be dismissed😕?Neither did it establish that Siddhi drove that car nor that it was Rohit who was mowed down.How can that be accepted as evidence? Moreover Kunal knows that Siddhi had walked back to the spot to search for a body , why did he not say this and ask for that footage?But before all this when he knew there was CCTV footage avaible why did he not procure it and analyse it😡?

Any normal court proceeding would have had the defense lawyer ask the accused to state his account of events and a simultaneous cross questioning by the prosecution, Siddhi here did not open her mouth and was neither asked any questions😡.

Now the footage of Siddhi threatening Rohit , could Kunal not have argued nowhere was a death threat issued? And moreover it seemed more like a warning than a threat? And for starters why was Thakral not questioned as to why he captured it in the first place.Any person who films a situation does it only with the purpose of viewing it either alone or to show it to an audience.So did Thakral know whe will have an audience for eg like the court room today.If so does it not suggest criminal conspiracy😕? I expected something along these lines when Kunal said its a fool proof criminal plan.😡

Now that reminds me why is no one asking what Siddhi was doing outside that day? What Rohit was doing there?How did Siddhi manage to get Rohit to come if she indeed wanted to murder him?😡

Why was the inspector who arrested Siddhi not questioned?This would have provided details of how he figured out that Siddhi is the culprit?😡

Now the inspector who turned up to testify against Siddhi he again did not say she threatened Rohit with death , why are these people assuming stuff and accepting it without thinking it through😕.Again why did Kunal not question?

It does seem very fishy that Kunal gave up so soon!!!😕😉

Much awaited Siddhi-Richa confrontation⭐️.Thank goodness for a defiant Siddhi and god the Richa never ceases to amaze me , her brother is dead and all she can think of is SINAL separation.But then again we don't know her brother is dead for sure do we😆?
So Kunal's expression kinda left me baffled , was there a smirk , was he smug does he have something up his sleeve😕?The hubby-wife duo has been suprisingly defiant and confident today , any plans SINAL😉?Will I finally get my dream A-Team😳😃?

So Thakral is instiagting Kunal ,will he fall for it , the promo seems to suggest as such but he looked crafty to me😉!So Thakral tells the wife she wont get to see her kid and the husband that he wont get to see his kid(as the kid will be in jail), deranged after his son's death or sloppy work from the dialogue writers😆?

I know the court case hasn't yet met many expectations,being the crime buff I am I would know.But lets not ignore the baby steps CV's have been taking to make amends.Given the drop in TRP's we will have to keep encouraging them if we want them to stick to this path of improvement!!
Ever since TC reported a murder mystery track I have been requesting to bring forensic evidence from the car into play in all my stinkers, so I was glad to see a paper titled 'FORENSIC REPORT' yesterday😃.It did not meet my expectations but here is what I am going to do , keep offering feedback and suggestions so that they can improve.😃

My view

In which court in any country around the world would take someone to court within 48 hours?? In the UK no one goes to court on a charge of murder within 48 hours. There are fast track sessions but even they take 2 - 3 weeks. The police has not produced the FIR. The police man who came to court wasn't around when Siddhi made the threat that Takrral recorded or when Siddhi was aressted. So how can he say that he tried to stop her from making the threat? This seems one of Takkral's tricks.

Yes, not the best start,, especially when kunal was trying to get the case dismissed when thakral was late.. sooo faltu🤢 May be we should give our gold medalist some time for his brain to kick start😉

I think the rain romance and the pep talk to each other helped her gain confidence again but she gave a lot of mixed expressions yesterday.. one moment tense, the other moment defiant, the next moment saying she will win this case as well😕 Even I am surprised richa has not mentioned pregnancy.. may be she is also trying to ignore that aspect of Sinal relationship like I am😆😆 But during the court session kunal did say in front of the judge that siddhi was pregnant and richa was listening..😉

I could not control my laughter when kunal was rushing the judge to give the verdict in favour of siddhi as thakral was late.. He looked like he wanted to get it over with and run away from there before Thakral appeared😆😆🤣

I was pleasantly surprised when kunal opened a file and answered Thakral's argument.. I mean I never thought he found time to research on the case with all the wife manaofying and romancing👏 👏

No questions asked.. even the judge did not ask kunal to question the evidences.. Yes, it was too much that kunal inspite of knowing everything about that vedio did not even have a counter argument prepared in case thakral presented it as a motive behind the murder😕

I liked the 'marta wahin hain jo marna chahta hain' line👏, but maybe Kunal could have pursued the sucide angle.Depression resulting from losing Raveena could havee been a good reason.Rohit relentlessly pursed Raveena , filed a false case against Vikram but Siddhi spared him of his glory .So the disillusioned Rohit decided to end his life and at the same time take revenge on the person whom he held responsible.Make a plausible story doesn't it😆?

Some dialogues were good and even I was not impressed that no one asked siddhi any questions.. no cross questioning even by thakral🤢 Everyone including kunal is behaving like siddhi is at fault without questioning😕

Exactly, Siddhi threatening rohit in the PS that night was more conversational warning kinda thing.. not a serious threat.. but thakral used this against siddhi well, I must say👏

Thats what I said in some other post yesterday that your 'FORENSIC REPORT' was finally produced😆 Yes, they have been improving the quality of the show for sure and it will take a lot of effort on the part of CVs to convice the lost audience to come back.. lets hope they continue doing their best and the trps gradually raise😊

TRPs will climb back up, once the trial/murder starts in full force.
