Confusion ??

i just saw many post's and also saw written promo on tv ... due to realisation of mistake both come close ... But my confusion is did siddhi realised her mistake ?? I mean not to put her relation on stake foe exposing gaurav's ema ... Or its kunal who comes to know about gaurav's ema ...

I know due to positivity we all thinking about kunal realising his mistake but if we think Tedha ... Then this is also possible ...

M not disappointing anof hopes or jynxing any positive thought ... But still is this possible rite ...
Siddhi realising fact that let things go as they going and she should concentrate on her relation with kunal only ...
Knowing siddhi's nature and character its highly impossible but still ??
