I believe this storyline will eventually bring in an important component into Sinal's relation: TRUST.

Kunal still hasnt learnt to trust Siddhi; with or without proofs he trusted gaurav more than siddhi. In this area siddhi is ahead. During the entire rape allegation scenario her trust on kunal was unfliching. I understand that the opposite party in this case was richa (here its gaurav who is kunal's own brother). But siddhi had seen kunal in richa's arms intoxicated yet she trusted him. Kunal needs to learn this too. I believe that at the end of this track- possibly after MC and brief separation- he will learn this.

This is similar to what the whole richa fiasco had done earlier. Made both of them realize their love for each other. There too Siddhi was ahead in realizing her love.

i hope and expected the new promo is the precap of monday ... so we might get a new promo by monday night ...

I agree that Gaurav issue is to bring trust to the relationship. Also first Kunal still had to provide some clarification to Siddhi as to what she saw. That night Kunal subtly confessed how much he cares for Siddhi and never want to hurt her or leave her (that was later shadowed by his guilt). And Richa also told Siddhi that Kunal never did anything.

About Kunal realizing such things later, well he's a guy who's not really good at emotional aspect. it takes him time to realize his feelings and mistakes. Come one guy thought he loved Richa, clearly not good at understanding true intention of people at first hand. but I guess that what makes character so appealing.
