i think the kidnappers must have come to know where they are...and kunal must have noticed them..and then he would have told sidhi we would need to get out from that place...so kidnappers would have seen them while running away...

Now as per the precap...im soo sure its either kunu or sinal's dream. Which means another sinal moment tomm...😍. haiii..jiska bhi dream ho..they will wake up from their dream shouting...the other's name..and waise yaha hotel room mei there will be onlye one bed jiske wajah se they have to sleep on it..and ek zorrr ka hug..chipak chipak ke dono sojayenge ek dusre ke baahon mei...haiii sochke im drooling.

Aur waise kidnappers can't reach them..they r in gujrat..waise yeh kidnappers are not big goons..chote mote chor hei. 😛.
