How do you guys assume that Siddhi is preggy? I mean just by Veena's dream that Siddhi is hurt?

This could mean Aanand jaap track is coming, but pregnancy? how so?

As I read Sahasra's mini update and Veena saying Anand is alone and in danger. So may be Siddhi is expecting and Veena knows by her intution that Anand is coming back.
