Thakral's new trap

Thakral said to Witcha that he is laying an intricate trap for Kunal.

Today he begged the Chopra's to save his daughter, tried to bribe Kunal, was insulted & kicked out ( which I think he expected & is part of his plan)
The precap showed him in full control, about to introduce a new witness.

Any guesses as to what this trap could be?

Is he expecting Kunal to go easy on Witcha for old times sake? Feel sorry for her & recant?
Has he recorded some part of the bribing scenario
will he get a false witness to testify that Kunal bribed him to allow him access to Witcha's room?

Incidentally the judge in the precap is the same nice old man from the divorce hearing. Coincidence, lack of attention to detail or will have some bearing on the case?

I too noticed that it was the same judge...
N thakral cannot record the chopra house scene...coz there was nthn to record..as it could nt help him coz kunal didn't took the money...

siddhi might record takral drama at kunal's house.may be it's fake witness by takral or lets see

Don't have any clue as to why he said sorry and tried to bribe Kunal but yes for sure he would have expected Kunal to kick him and throw him out of the house which went according to his plan
but there was nothing said or done which he could have recorded or which he can use as evidence against Kunal..
Regarding tomorrows court hearing , according to me 2 possibilities:

1Sidhi some how manages to get truth out of the Thakral's witness while cross examining her/him resulting in Sidhi winning the round 2 as well leading to Thakral /Richa getting angry and kidnaaping her so as to prevent her from reaching the court during next hearing

2.Thakral through his witness proves that Kunal has attempted to rape Richa and wins round 2 , judge is convinced that Kunal is guilty but postpones the verdict for the next hearing (evidently in favor of thakrals) , here comes the promo .. sidhi missing before the final verdict..She enters the court at the last moment with some evidence prooving Kunal's innocence.

I think he has fabricated a witness to testify against Kunal or it can be either Vineet or waiter bcz everyone else has been called in the katehra i.e. Kunal and Richa themselves, Thakral, Siddhi, that girl...or may be we are expecting Thakral to come up with dhansu plan and he comes up with a tai tai plan just like we expected Kunal to make some extraordinary plan to make Thakral let Siddhi fight the case but he came up with video recording plan...

Im more confused about Thakral's motive to go go to the Chopra's house. Maybe since Kunal has handled the money, he can use fingerprints & use those against Kunal somehow?
