case ka THE END: OS

Hi friends...

Here goes a one shot on how to end the case in one shot... I am not gonna give Takrals that much screen space in my Writing... i am writing this just to reveal what happened that night and want SINAL to know that both of them love each other that too in front of everyone in court so that divorce ki koi gunjaaish hi na rahe...

everyone in court and Richa in the witness box...

Court Hearing 1:

Siddhi all set to cross question her...

Siddhi: Miss Richa Takral... app kunal chopra ko kaise jaanti ho...
Richa: We were classmates and we loved each other...
Siddhi: Kya kunal aapse pyaar karthe the...
Richa: haa he loved me...
Siddhi: kitna pyaar karte the...
Richa: itna pyaar ki woh mere liye 5 saal tak intezaar kiya...
Siddhi: tum dono ka rishta kaisa tha...
Richa (to make siddhi jealous she says): hum ek doosre ke bina jee nahi sakte the aisa rishta tha humhara...
Siddhi: phir kya hua aap dono ke rishte ko...aap alag kyu hue??...
Richa falls silent not knowing what to say...

In between Takral says objection but judge does not give him a chance to speak

Siddhi: miss richa jawab deejiya
Richa: Kunal ne kisi case ke silsile mein mere papa ki baat nahi maani aur mein apne papa ke kilaaf nahi jana chahti thi...
Siddhi: bas itni si baat ko leke tumne tumhare pyaar ko chod diya... acha to phir baad mein kaise mile tum log...
Richa: mere US se aane ke baad kunal se mili...
Siddhi: tab tumlogo ka rishta kaisa tha...
Richa: tab bhi hum ek doosre se pyaar karte the...
Siddhi: kya kunal ne pehle kabhi tumhari sagai thodne ki khoshish ki?? ...
Richa: haa kiya tha
Siddhi: jab kunal ki wajah se tumhari sagai tootthi hei to tumhein dukh nahi hota...
Richa: mein dukhi kyu hogi woh to mujhse pyaar karta hei...

Siddhi: to iss baar bhi kunal ne tumhari sagai thodi... to iska matlab tum log abhi bhi ek doosre se pyaar karte ho...
Richa: nahi ... abhi hum sirf dost hei...
Siddhi: to phir kunal ne tumhari sagai kyu thodi...
Richa: mujhe nahi maloom...
Siddhi: acha to batao ki uss raat exactly kya hua...
Richa: kunal mere kamre mein aaya aur mere saat batameezi karne ki koshish ki...
Siddhi: note the point my lord... Ek dost doosre dost ke saat batameezi karne ki koshish ki woh bhi bina koi wajah ke...
Siddhi: teek hei...tum uss hotel se kitne baje nikli thi...
Richa: 10.30
Siddhi: lekin kunal to 10.00 ko hi hotel se nikal gaya tha...aur agar kunal ne tumhare saat batameezi kiya to tumne chillaya kyu nahi...logo ko kyu nahi bulaya...Kunal tumse pehle hi chala gaya aur tum tabhi bhi hotel mein thi... kya kar rahi thi richa...???
Richa is speechless...

Siddhi: kya kunal ne tumhara rape karne ki koshish ki ya phir tumne unka... ????
Your honour mere client Mr. chopra ko miss richa takral ne unke drink mein kuch milake pilaya... iske gawah hei uss hotel ka waiter...

Hearing day 2:

Siddhi cross questions the waiter and he says all the truth...that he had seen her put something in his drink and then handing over the drink to Kunal...

Siddhi: Mein khud ek gawai dena chahti hu my lord as wife of kunal chopra...Yeh mere pati ko pana chahti thi... issne mujhe challenge kiya tha ki woh mere pati ko pakar rahenge... Aur mujhse yeh bhi kaha ki agar woh jeet gayi to mujhe kunal ki zindagi se chale jaana chaahiye...par meine yeh kabhi nahi socha tha ki woh itna gir sakti thi ki ek shaadi shuda aadmi ko paane ke liye uske saat sone ko bhi yeh tayyaar thi...

Takraal shouts at siddhi and judge stops him...
Kunal is all surprised hearing about the challenge and remembers the way siddhi tried to stop him from going to richa's engagement...

Siddhi: Takraal ke sawal ka jawab bhi mein dena chahti hu judge saab... ki uss din meine kya dekha tha jisse dekkar mein hotel se baahar aa gayi... meine yeh dekha ki mere pati ko gale se lagake richa kadi thi... agar mere client unhe rape karne ki koshish ki to usse kuch to karna chahiye tha unke haat se chootne keliya... lekin yeh khud us aadmi ko gale se laga rahi thi jo apne hosh mein hi nahi tha...

Even takraal is dumb struck hearing all these... but he doesnt wanna let his daughter loose...

Siddhi: isse yeh saaf saabit hoti hei ki mere client par jhoota ilzaam lagaya jaa raha hei unhein beizzat karne keliye...

Richa almost in mute state after hearing siddhis dialogues... Richas psychotic vibration start in her brain...

Takrals turn to ask questions to Richa... he tries to ask questions in such a way that siddhis points become invalid... but to Takrals dismay she starts behaving violently and accepts that yes she did spike the drink and she tells that "Nashe ke haalat mein bhi woh mujhe Siddhi samajh raha tha aur uske himmat kaise hua mujhse kehne ka ki "I love u siddhi..." Saying so Richa starts behaving madly... Siddhi is shocked to hear that kunal had said he loves her... she is happy hearing that from richas mouth... kunal felt bit embarrased listening to richas dialogues and was worried about how siddhi would react to it...

Kunal is proved innocent finally and richa ko mental treatment ke liye le jaane ka order de diya judge saab ne...
Takral lost it big time and Rohit felt sad seeing his sister in the violent condition...

Now its time for SINAL to face each other after knowing the fact that "yes!!!!!... they both love each other..." will it be awkward for them to start talking to each other???? Who will speak first???? How should they confess their love???? Put on your thinking caps and come up with wonderful ideas Friends.....

Just felt like sending Richa to Mental asylum as thats what kunal had said to Takral...
Lets hope things turn round pretty much the same way ... atleast as far as richa is concerned... it would be a treat to watch...
