Just now i watched the epi,even i tried to see what he has written.While Siddhi was writing the shayari there was a sentence below that big sorry but i was unable to read it.Surely he didn't write what you said,if so her reaction wouldn't be like that.(may be he might have written that he forgave her or thanked for pasta)

yh watched it again,Harleen was right,he wrote Pasta was very nice(btw Sammy too had good hand writing)

For understanding Kunal's reaction we have to watch the actual epi.
