Next morning Kunal wakes up and again doesn't see Siddhi in the room. Assuming that she is busy with morning household chores, he goes for a shower. While he is getting ready, Seema walks in the room with breakfast. "Siddhi kahan hai Seema?" "Bhaiyya usko kaam tha..isliye subah subah hi nikal gayi office ke liye..." "Acha theek hai" and he starts eating his breakfast "Kahin abhi tak Siddhi mujh se naraz toh nahin hai? Kal manaya toh tha maine...sorry nahin kaha tha.. par phir bhi..Office milne jao. Nahin office jana theek nahin... phone karoon?"

While leaving for office, he suddenly realizes that he still doesn't have his lunch box and hollers "Siddhi mera tiffin..." "Oops sorry bhaiyya" Seema shouts and comes running with this tiffin... "Waise Siddhi ke na hote hua bhi.. usi ko bula rahe hain.. Wah kya baat hai.." "Bhool gaya tha.." Kunal snatches the tiffin from Seema and leaves.

While in office, Kunal tries calling Siddhi several times but to no avail. Finally giving up, he starts concentrating on his work when his cell phone rings. Assuming it's Siddhi he picks it up without looking at the number.."Siddhi kitne phone kiye tumhe... tum phone kyun nahin utha rahi thi.. mujhe zaroori baat karni hai tumse."

"Kunal hello, main Ritcha bol rahi hoon.." "Ritcha..sorry maine dekha nahin. Mujhe laga Siddhi hai... Bolo kya kaam hai?" "Woh tum aaj shaam ko kya kar rahe ho?" "Shaam ko kuch khaas nahin kyun?" "Vineet mujhe kisi boring si party mein le jaa raha hai...tum bhi chalo. Vaise bhi tum dono aaj milne vale the na kaam ke silsale se..."

"Nahin Ritcha parties, tumhe pata hai mujhe pasand nahin hai..." "Please Kunal please aa jao...Vineet tum hi kuch kaho" and Vineet then talks to Kunal and insists that he join them for the party. Kunal at their insistence agrees to accompany them. He sits thinking for a minute after disconnecting Ritcha's call remembering his and Siddhi's argument and sends her a message asking her to be ready in the evening to accompany him to a party.

In the evening he comes home to find Siddhi all ready wearing a pretty heavily embroidered pink saree. "Bahut achi lag rahi ho aaj Siddhi...Nayi sari hai?" "Ji Kunal, Seema bhabhi ki choice hai..." "Achi hai... tumhe pink color suit karta hai" and leaves to get ready for the party.

Kunal & Siddhi arrive at a party which is in full swing and absolutely crowded. Kunal takes Siddhi's hand and guides her towards Ritcha and Vineet. Ritcha who is all smiles seeing Kunal almost frowns on seeing Siddhi next to Kunal and too with Kunal holding her hand. Getting her act together, she fakes a smile "Siddhi tum yahan.. kaise"

"Main leke aaya isse yahan...socha Siddhi ki bhi outing ho jayegi.." Kunal answers. "Haan haan kyun nahin.Sweety aao main tumhe kuch logon se milati hoon" and so she drags Siddhi away to meet some ppl, thinking to herself... "Mujhe isse busy rakhna hoga.. varna Kunal kahin sara
time isse ke saath na spend kare...aur mera plan fail ho jaye"

Vineet and Kunal are chatting about the case, when Kunal gets a call. Unable to hear anything due to noise all around, he leaves the party to take the call. On returning, he sees people rushing towards one end of the hall. "Kuch hua hai?" he asks an old man who is rushing in that direction.

"Arey chandelier gir gaya hai... wahan pe" Kunal also runs towards that direction and on reaching sees that the chandelier has indeed crashed to the floor. His eyes scan the area around the chandelier and to his horror he sees Ritcha and Siddhi both lying side by side and unconscious.

"Siddhi" he shouts and rushes to her ignoring Ritcha. He takes her lifeless form and shakes her, shouting her name, not realizing that tears are streaming down his face. "Koi ambulance bulao please" he shouts to the crowd in general. "Siddhi please utho... " he tries again and suddenly his eyes fall on her legs and he sees pieces of glass embedded in her sari and blood oozing out.

Again he frantically looks at the crowd "Koi doctor hain yahan please" "Ambulance aa rahi hai...bas pohunch ti hogi" someone says. Kunal gathers Siddhi's lifeless form in his arms and starts rocking her... "Please Siddhi please aankhon kholo.. please main kabhi tumse naraaz nahin hoonga.. please Siddhi..."

The ambulance arrives and takes both Siddhi and Ritcha. Kunal insists on going in the ambulance and all the way to the hospital he holds onto Siddhi's hand as if his life depends upon it...
