I realized that anand was kunals brother and siddhis lover... what happened to him and how did sinal end up together.. please someone help .. I really wanna know

on their wedding day anand dies in a bomb blast, it affected their mom and she went into depression , doc advised them that show her what she wants to see which was siddhi as dulhan , first siddhi dressed up as Dulhan , then everyone relatives etc says how long she will do it and tmr she will get married and then may be her in laws wont allow it etc , also ppl started calling siddhi upshagun

then Kunal's father went to siddhi's home , taking Kunal's rishta ...then they both agrees to get married for Kunal's mom ...on the condition that there will be Seema Rekha between them ( 🤣 its gonna be cross soon for sure😉 ...aadhi to cross ho hi gayi hai, friendship wali 😛)
