Pakkiya N Baliya's contradicting dialogues

well first i was very confused with this contradicting dialgoues ...and i think

Pakiya is aware that chandu and niru are in love but yet he wanted to hear it from sarja ??

Baliya is also aware of the fact and may be indirectly they are saying that sarja had come in btw ChandNi ??

I could only come to this conclusion ,, else why would pakiya ask that when he heard anton clearly , and every one had seen this ppl together, so they might have put 2+2=4...

So , every one are going to blame sarja, well dont say they are wrong ...
