here I am back again with a new chapter...I received very good response on the last one...so I am feeling very encouraged...I hope u will like this one too😊

Chapter 3

naina is going to the same house as decided but not with the same boy she was to marry.She looks beside her at raghav who is looking out of the car window.

it isn't like she dislikes or hates him...but it felt quite weird to her...getting married to the brother of the boy she was supposed to marry.

normally raghav talks a lot...but he remained silent the whole time in the car while going back home after the marriage...well he cannot even believe that he is married...

it isn't like he is regretting for his decision of marrying naina...but still it is weird for him...

finally they reach the mehra house...the journey of 30 minutes seemed like 30 hours to them...

as they entered the house dadi did all the rituals for the bride naina...naina is a bit surprised seeing pam and sudha not doing anything...but they are doing a very important work and that is criticism..which thankfully naina didn't hear...

"dekhiye na bhabi...yeh naukrani naina iss naukar ke sath kitna acchi dikh rahi hai..."says pam...

"zindagi mein ek toh sahi baat bola tumne parmeshwari..."

"it's Pam",says pam...

naina looks around and finds veer nearby who is looking like the happiest person on earth...there is no sign of guilt in him...naina sighs seeing him..

naina and raghav touch dadi's feet for blessing...

"jeetey raho...meri ashirwad hamesha tum dono ke sath hai..."

then pam comes to dadi and says,"toh kalka reception cancel kar detey hai...I mean raghav ke liye itna bada function rakhne ki kya zaroorat hai..."

raghav ke liye'-the clause hit naina's ears like a stone...she always thinks raghav as a son of this family...so why is Pam neglecting him so much??? the question is roaming in her mind...

"kyu nahi...kalka reception toh zaroor hoga aur bade dhum dham se hoga...tum log bhi tayari mein hath batao..."

Pam smiling face turned dark with dadi's statement and she left the place...

raghav takes naina to his room which is going to be her room too...

naina has come to the mehra house once before today...though she couldn't see the whole house but she went to dadi and veer's room...she is surprised to see that raghav's room is very small and poorly arranged compared to those...she cannot figure out the discrimination but she stops thinking about this...

"toh kaisa laga tumhe room?"raghav speaks for the first time after the marriage..

"accha hai..."

"baapre itna courtesy...mujhe toh courtesy ki 'c' bhi nahi ati hai...",raghav smirked...

naina smiles for the first time since last few hours...

"thik hai...sach batati hu...tumhara room bahut dirty hai... "

"ab yeh toh kuch zyada hi straight forward tha..."

they both laugh loudly...raghav keeps naina's bag in a corner of the room.

"kal sab thik karlena...ab toh mujhe bahut neendh arahi hai...tum bhi thak gayi hogi..."

naina becomes a bit tensed...are they going to sleep together???

raghav reads the tension on naina's face and takes a pillow from the bed and places it on the floor...

"tum bed pe sojao...mai floor me adjust karlunga..."

"ummm...lekin tumhe zameen pe sote hue problem toh nahi hogi na??" naina asks..

"kya kare madam...ab Indian tv serial ki tarah har room me hero ke sone keliye couch ya sofa toh nahi hota hai na..."raghav laughs making naina giggle too...

"ek kaam karo tum blanket lelo..."

"mere paas toh ek hi blanket hai...isse tum use karlo...mai kal ek aur le aunga..."

naina lie down on the bed and raghav on the floor...though naina is very tired...there is no sign of sleep in her eyes...she keeps changing positions but nothing helps...

after some moments naina hears the sound of snoring...normally she just hates this sound but today she found this snoring sound quite cute and gentle...

she sits up on the bed and looks down at the source of the sound raghav...who already fell in a deep sleep...

she smiles looking at his sleeping face and for the first time she realizes her life with him is not going to be that bad...

she then sees him shivering in cold...there is no doubt that the floor is very cold and he is lying there without any blanket.

naina removes the blanket from her body...and takes it to raghav placing it on him...

she then comes back to the bed and fells asleep after some time...

Hey dear sorry for being late...i was keeping a bit preoccupied...so ...i hope you understand...

Coming to the update...it was nice...the way you started the flashback...so Raghav knows everything about Veer's plans of abandoning his marriage to Naina...i like the way you have presented Dadi's excitement and his anxiety...the reaction of Pam and Sudha...all in all a nice start to the story dear...👏
