I have been so interested in this trying to read one religious text after another, shiva puraan being my next goal to conquer.

But lord ram. Yes . It troubled me for a long time , the story which I admire , how can everyone be so flawed ? While looking for answers I found out that the original text never mentioned any pareeksha , infact the scene was played out worse than agni pareeksha . Anyways . We worship ram as god bec he had the qualities which a normal human can't even think of in today's times. Will any son leave the riches and go for vanwas for 14 yrs for his father's promise? As a king he did what he had to. Put the interests of his people above his family/wife . This is the kind of leader we would look upto, even today it's relevant . If we say " was he not a husband?" , yes he was but he was a king first . This story is 4-5 thousand years old , the societies of those times can't be compared to recent ones. Aren't recent ones worse than them? If any girl is kidnapped , whats the first thought that comes to anybodys mind ? The concept of purity and whatever is in our minds isn't it ? We may not give importance to it , a section of society did and we can't question it. Our scriptures don't show women in a very positive light . Pl don't kill me for saying this. Ur free to read them .

So our morals and theirs never match. He was in human form then why do we worship him as a God? His life is a living example of hardships , struggle and sacrifices , still he was maryada purshottam , somebody who always did what was the maryada in those times ...in his lifetime he had to take the most difficult decisions but none he took in his favour , he did what an ideal son and as the eldest son, the ideal king would do....if anyone has to face this much hardship in today's time will they even survive ? That's the reason he is god for us.

if a birth mother comes and asks for her baby back under any circumstances, how is it that she is being told doesn’t have any rights?

Gosh, baby track is so confusing. Rishita will never let Dhara anywhere near her baby let alone give her away to Bhabhi. If this ever happens, Rishita will not only take her baby and go to her mayka but will divorce Dev baby too 😆 at least Rishita will stay true to her character, flipster 😆

Appalled with Shiva’s behaviour towards Raavi. So much Bhabhi Bhakti that whole night he was guarding the house in case Shweta and her parents take the baby away from his precious Bhabhi! It’s either that Shiva doesn’t know the meaning of marriage or that he thinks Raavi as a doll, which is his and will play happy families with her as and when he feels deems best.

I am not liking this Shiva at all. Recent episodes doesn’t give me Shivi as husband wife vibes instead siblings fighting over petty issues.

I am not saying Shivi should only show lovey dovey but I don’t see the connect between the two as a couple anymore.

Bhabhi-Bhakti looks forced... It’s literally nonexistent now!!! Bas same old bakwas chipka rahe hai...!! Nalle devar with zero brains... this show is so F regressive..!!! This is the type of mindset their showing ki Devars belong to their Bhabhi.. what type of devar backhugs his BhabhiMa? That’s a different thing that it was Raavi, but seriously there’s no lihaaz and boundaries!!

Unfortunately Bhabhi bhakti happens in real life too I have seen it myself.

The point I am trying to make is, the show is showing what happens in SOME families, fine but the makers should also show a fine line drawn between relationships and progress in terms of wife is also equally important as someone who you consider as Bhabhima.

Raavi loves Dhara and considers her big sister and respects her a lot but Shiva overdoes it by unnecessary closeness towards his Bhabhi-MA which is not needed to be shown on ITV 24/7. We get it, Shiva loves his Bhabhi more than Raavi, MOVE ON MAKERS

There is nothing which isn't happening not only India but in world

Like domestic violence, bigamy, abusing and toxic ( husband / wife, in laws ), girls / boys with no self respect, family using the ones who are forgiving etc

Everything is happening

It is just they don't need to do morale policing but just not hype or show that this is correct.

This is what is done by this show

That is problematic

As you said line needs to be made but these makers have huge ego then can make the show go offair but won't show something worth watching.

@bold - The show started off very well. Everything about the show was so good, I still enjoy all the episodes (less dandaa kaand) up and until IVF track where I started to feel sad of what Shiva’s character has been made into, I still will not forgive Shiva for what he did to Raavi.

We all know where does ego live! There’s a saying, “if I am going down, I will take you down with me” 😉

Par ek baath tho hein..this show gives us entertainment in a totally different level..the script, the behaviour of some actors and even the media portals connected to this is full of clownery..😆..chandu😆
