This is an old photo… see the pendant of Shiva… it was introduced after first few post leap episodes and stayed till haveli track where Kanwar got that neck rash… after that for a long period of time he didn’t wear the pendant and when he started wearing again he went back to the original one…

either that or they changed the pendant again because it got broken yesterday…
