Shiva’s unconditional love
After so many ups and downs raavi and shiva have come to terms that they can’t live without each other. Shiva has decided he will do everything he can do to be the best husband and life partner he can be.
2 months later shiva is working ever so hard, but he works overtime for some reason, the dukaan finishes at 8 but he doesn’t come home until 12. What job was he doing and why? Raavi always wondered but she knew her husband was hard working so she never questioned him.
Over the 2 months shiva and raavi had become very understanding and they were a little more romantic like they cuddled and slept and they were comfortable but none of them initiated anything further because they weren’t sure if the other wanted it.
Raavi thought shiva was a very shy person hence he didn’t express his love that much but she knew he loved her deeply and so did she, they both were each other’s world.
Today was the day shiva had worked so hard over the last 2 months and he decided to surprise raavi and he left to get everything sorted at 4 am. He quickly kissed raavis hand and left a note that I’ll come back at 10, wear the dress I’ve left you.
It was black long dress which was simple but elegant. Raavi woke up and saw it and was surprised already but saw the note and her face brightened up. She was so happy because even though shiva and raavi had expressed their feelings for each other, none of them gave each other surprises. Today was gonna be the first and that too from shiva. She wondered what it could be, most of all she was very grateful.
Shiva had told gaumbi to bring everyone back to the haveli because he had a surprise for raavi. Gaumbi obliged.
Meanwhile shiva decorated the haveli with red and pink balloons. He decorated the house themed red and black and big poster that had I love you raavi written in it.
It was nearly time, it was shivas turn to get ready. He put black jeans and the black shirt raavi had gifted him when they were constructing dharas room. He put some perfume on and was awaiting for the love of his life.
Shiva had candles on so it smelled like floral and there it was everyone came in and his queen entered in last completely surprised. What she didn’t know was that this was just the beginning of many surprises.
Krish giggles in surprise, I didn’t know you were this capable shiva that you could plan a surprise by yourself, shiva and raavi were both blushing with gaumbi and dhara surprised but happy. Suman was extremely pleased after all they’ve gone through they are finallly happy. Rishita budged dev though and said we had a love marriage right, how comes you have never done anything like this for me. Dev just smiled and said let them have their moment rishita, we’ll have ours some other day. They both smiled and started looking at the decorations.
Shiva finally spoke, everyone before you ask me where I got the money from. After the dukaan had closed I used to delivery goods to different places and different shops every night and come home after midnight.
Although everyone was surprised they knew shiva was so hardworking so they were just happy for him that he had worked overtime to surprise his wife.
Shiva spoke again and told raavi to come to the centre, this is my first surprise for you and this is also my first time I will be expressing my love for you so openly. So are you ready?
Raavi was so emotional at this point that he had sacrifice his sleep, time and effort to plan a surprise for her, she felt very lucky today. She said yes to shivas question.
Shiva went and got 7 roses. He spoke and said each rose will be a promise I make to you today. He gives the first one and says I promise I will appreciate you lifelong. He gave the second rose and said I promise you I will be the best friend I can ever be to you. He gives the third rose and says I promise to be by your side forever, in your ups and downs. He gave the fourth rose and said I promise I will not let a tear drop from your precious eyes. He gave the fifth rose and said I promise to understand you and all your needs and wants. He gave the 6th rose and said I promise I will give you all the happiness I can give you.
The 7th rose was a fake one, raavi asked why was this one fake. Shiva replied I promise I will love you even after I die, I will grow with you in this life and in the next 7 lives. And to answer your question, this rose is fake because this rose will never die just like my love for you, it’ll be immortal.
Raavi had tears in her eyes now she couldn’t believe it, shiva had loved her so much, she wish she realised earlier what kind of gem he was. Shiva wiped her tears off and said no crying or my promise will break which made raavi smile.
Everyone in the house were shocked to see this side of shiva, who knew that shiva had such a romantic side to him, no one said anything though they just observed.
Shiva got out the next gift which was huge teddy bear that said shiva on it. This teddy bear is for whenever you miss me or feeling down, look at this teddy bear, hug it until I come back and you can hug me. Raavi grabbed it and hugged it straight away, it was so comfortable. Thank you so much, this will definitely lighten my mood up.
The next gift was a chocolate, he raised the curtain down and she saw a big poster that said I love you raavi and the cake also said the same thing. It was a chocolate cake, her favourite. She couldn’t believe how much shiva had done for her, she truly felt like a queen today, his queen.
Raavi cut the cake and fed everyone, everyone enjoyed the cake. But they were still hungry so gaumbi said is it just cake or do you have any food made.
Shiva smiles and says I’ve cooked for the first time today, I made raavis favourite roti with aloo sabzi and boiled some rice too. If everyone was shocked already, they surely were now. Shiva cooked? This was truly revolutionary. Once again raavi felt so appreciated and blessed.
Everyone sat and started eating and they were pleasantly surprised with how nice the sabzi was. Dhara asked when did you learn this shiva. He said I just watched some YouTube videos bhabi and the extra taste to it is purely because I had to make sure that raavi liked it so it was made with shudh desi love ghee. Everyone laughed.
After everyone ate shiva said one last surprise before everyone can go to sleep. Everyone said still more altogether. Shiva laughed said yes baba one more.
Shiva got one one knee and started speaking, raavi me and you didn’t have an engagement because of the circumstances but, he got a diamond ring out and said I love you with all my heart, will you be mine forever? Raavi couldn’t contain her happiness, she said yes shiva I will be yours forever in ever single life.
Everyone was surprised and rishita asked how much was the ring shiva. Shiva said it’s nothing compared to my love for raavi but it was 50,000. Everyone gasped and gaumbi said I didn’t know shiva would ever become this romantic. I’m proud of you shiva. Rishita was evidently annoyed and looking at dev but she was happy for shiva and raavi.
Then he said thank you everyone for being apart of a very special day for me, I won’t forget this day ever. Everyone said no, thank you for showing this side of yours.
Everyone dispersed and krish said I wouldn’t go to the room if I was you to dev, rishita bhabi is gonna eat you alive today, dev gulped. Tu ja na he said wondering how he was going to match what shiva had done today.
Shiva and raavi reach the room and raavi for the umpteenth time gets surprised again. The room was decorated with rose petals everywhere and on their bed too. There was also red wine near the window. Shiva filled in two glasses and said cheers to forever, raavi smiled and said cheers to forever, my life.
Shiva said I know it’s been such a long day but there’s one last surprise I promise. Raavi said another one? You’ve done so much today shiva. Shiva said I haven’t done enough raavi, nothing will ever be enough to express how much I love you and appreciate you raavi.
Shiva opens his shirt and raavis eyes widen up, there was a tattoo of raavis name on his chest. Raavi touches it and says shiva this must’ve hurt so much, why did you do this shiva? Why do you love me so much? Do I even deserve this much love shiva?
For the first today shiva called her a gadheri, you deserve much more love than you can ever imagine, you deserve to be cherished like a queen because you are, your my queen, my world, my life. I promise my saas and sasur I will give their share of love and give my share of love to you. All 3 of us love you very much raavi, their loving you from up their and I’m loving you from here. Raavi, your so strong even after going through so much you were always smiling, I love you so much and I’m also so sorry I’ve never treated you rightly but I promise I will make it up to you even after we become grand parents. I wake up every day with your smile on my mind, it’s a beautiful sight to behold, so soft and so kind. My dreams are filled with the thought of me and you, I get up and only smile because all my dreams have come true.
Raavi who is very emotional says thank you very much shiva for being so kind, I love you more than you can imagine. You bought me sunshine when I only saw rain. You bought me laughter when I only felt pain. I promise to appreciate you like the king you are. You are the biggest gift and blessing god has given me. I wish I had realised my feelings for you earlier, but better late than never, you are mine and I am yours.
The share a warm hug and raavi says oye hero you said you will make it up to me even after we become grandparents but for that we have to become parents first. Shiva smiled and said okay as you wish. He grabbed her face delicately and they had their first kiss which was full of love and passion, they stopped after they needed to breath. Both panted, closed their curtains and locked the door. Today was the day two body’s we’re going to become one soul.
Guys we all know how much shiva can do for the people he loves, so I used my imagination to express the love shiva has for raavi and how he would express it giving a surprise. Hope you guys liked it. :)
